The pharmacy staff is excellent! I called because I wanted to transfer a prescription from another CVS. The first location had told me that my insurance wouldn't cover the medication, but when I called this location in Wylie they informed me that the incorrect manufacturer had been inputed, and when they changed it the medicine was covered! I had talked to the other CVS about this prescription multiple times, and not once did they notice the error. I'm so glad I called this location in Wylie when I did. The staff is also super friendly!

Rudest customer service. Called to ask if they had a prescription in stock and he cut me off saying they closed at 10. I mentioned nicely that I wanted to check to see if they had a certain medication in stock. He cut me off again and said we don't have it and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional.

Heather the cashier was very rude. Mad that she had to get off her phone to ring up my one item. Won't be shopping here again.

If you live in Wylie, TX, go to the CVS at Kirby and Hwy 78. The associates all care about the customer and their experience. The pharmacy was there for me and my family when we needed help navigating the world of electronic Rx transmission. I was very pleased with the experience compared to other pharmacies in the area. We were very thankful that they were there to help us through the process.

Beyond amazed! Doctor sent my prescription at 9:50pm, just 10 mins shy of closing. I figured they wouldn't fill it until the next day. I called promptly at 8am the next day to see if they could fill it as soon as possible and it was ready!! They had filled it the night before at 9:57pm. It's such a rarity to find dedicated employees. Beyond impressed with the efficiency of this pharmacy. Will definitely be using this pharmacy for any future rx scripts

Probably the worst cvs ever no one can answer a phone I have been on hold for 1 hour just to see if my prescription is there yet I will never use this location again

This CVS is always busy and never seems to increase staff to compensate at the pharmacy. Either they don't care or the management is not aware of simple supply flow peek periods. Either way, be prepared to wait in line for a great period of time. Don't bother calling either, they just keep you on hold, then conveniently the line goes stagnant and you are hung up on. I can't give less than one star.

I had a manufacturer's coupon for a significant discount on a prescription drug. The pharmacist said the coupon was rejected because my birthday was wrong on the coupon. It wasn't. The coupon plainly said if the patient wasn't on Medicare Part D, which I am not, then enter this code. But the pharmacists (plural) couldn't be bothered. So I went to Tom Thumb and they entered the discount code and I got my prescription for $25.00 instead of $48.00. I guess this is how CVS makes its money.

I have been to at least 25 different CVS locations across Texas and this location is the WORST. From sitting on hold for 15-20 min. To standing in line just to pickup a prescription for up to 40 minutes. It is severely under staffed and they constantly have systems issues. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

WARNING!!! Minute clinic nurse was not wearing a mask when we came for our testing. We had been exposed and she approached our car with her mask not covering her mouth or nose so my daughter started recording her. They then refused to test al of us.
