The ladies at the CVS/Target in Wylie are tremendous, and my wife and I have used them for years now. We have not had one problem during that time. So caring, just their nature. Can't say enough positive things about our experience, each and every time.

If you’re fortunate enough to reach one of the capable pharmacists or pharmacy techs, you’d likely give this pharmacy 5 stars. But, if you get caught in the CVS voice mail system - perfectly designed to frustrate you by insuring you talk to the pharmacist on their schedule, not yours - you’ll likely give this (and all CVS pharmacies using this VM system) 1 star. Specifically, I was told that one of my prescriptions - the most important one - was “in process”. What the hell does “in process” mean? It tells me precisely nothing about what’s holding it up nor when I can get it. If CVS/Target really cared and really wanted their AI to be helpful, they would design it to understand what the public needs. Finally, their VM system dropped my call. No wonder the public is frustrated by health care. By the time you reach the carefully sequestered pharmacist, you’re angry and unreasonable. Again, for the pharmacists here have been a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars for them. The CVS pharmacy system is the pits, especially after the most recent broken update.

Going through a really hard time especiallythat day and there was a possibleissue on dr instructions, the pharmacist was compassionate, kind and could tell I was in need of just some sort of light at the end of the tunnel.

I love this crew! They always take the best care of me and have given me a reason to like/trust cvs again, after several scary issues at other locations. They all work way too hard and are way to kind!

Everyone working there is Outstanding. There are closer pharmacies but I love and appreciate their expertise, kindness and pleasant attitude. They remember me and remind me about shots that I might need. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Absolute confusion and mess. Came here for the Covid shot and you can not believe the level of disorganization. Honestly management should be ashamed of how this particular store was run. No clear customer cueing and when asked where the line was, we were parked into a checkout line to be placed back in to the vaccine line. What a travesty. No wonder the American public has such a level of skepticism.

I can’t say enough good things about the ladies that work here. They are warm and friendly, and always go the extra mile to help me when there is an issue with any of my medications. I have another CVS slightly closer to me, but I go to this one because I like the crew here so much.
