Rudest customer service. Called to ask if they had a prescription in stock and he cut me off saying they closed at 10. I mentioned nicely that I wanted to check to see if they had a certain medication in stock. He cut me off again and said we don't have it and hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional.

I submitted my insurance information on the online form and included pictures of the card, but the staff at the front were having problems with my insurance. After a long wait, the lady told me that I wasn't under my family's insurance plan and that she'd have to put me as uninsured. I ended up leaving my appointment because I was pretty sure she was wrong and didn't want to get incorrectly charged. Well, after confirming with my family and the insurance company itself, I AM insured. I'm not exactly sure what happened for them to say I'm uninsured, but this mistake could've led to insurance charge complications.

This CVS is always busy and never seems to increase staff to compensate at the pharmacy. Either they don't care or the management is not aware of simple supply flow peek periods. Either way, be prepared to wait in line for a great period of time. Don't bother calling either, they just keep you on hold, then conveniently the line goes stagnant and you are hung up on. I can't give less than one star.

I had a manufacturer's coupon for a significant discount on a prescription drug. The pharmacist said the coupon was rejected because my birthday was wrong on the coupon. It wasn't. The coupon plainly said if the patient wasn't on Medicare Part D, which I am not, then enter this code. But the pharmacists (plural) couldn't be bothered. So I went to Tom Thumb and they entered the discount code and I got my prescription for $25.00 instead of $48.00. I guess this is how CVS makes its money.

The wait time here for a vaccine is an absolute joke. I was lucky and only had to wait 30 mins after my scheduled appointment but my husband has been waiting over an hour after his appointment and still hasn't been called. What's the point in scheduling an appointment if they're gonna let walk ins go ahead of you. Waste of our time.

I have been to at least 25 different CVS locations across Texas and this location is the WORST. From sitting on hold for 15-20 min. To standing in line just to pickup a prescription for up to 40 minutes. It is severely under staffed and they constantly have systems issues. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location.

I wish I could give this store ZERO STARS!!! This CVS pharmacy is THE WORST!!! Avoid them at all cost to save your sanity. They have tons of people working but can't seem to manage their time. The wait is ridiculous. I waited over an hour and a half to get my prescription filled only to be told that my prescription was missing a number after waiting there. Ok, fine. I called my doctor to call them with the missing info. My doctor's office called several times before someone finally rudely answered. They told my doctor that they never received any prescriptions from me and told them to call another pharmacy. When she called me back with that info, I walked back into the store to see what they were talking about. While still having my doctor's office still on the line, she began to call them again on another line. I had to tell the pharmacist to answer the phone because they were trying to call. They finally answered and received the information. I had to wait an additional 20-30 minutes to have my prescriptions filled. If you don't have a life with nothing to do and feeling like wasting your life away, hang out at this incompetent pharmacy.

This CVS is slammed and so busy. But Ms Patel and Rashid help so much and the couple of girls behind the counter seem to give a crap about me. Maybe because I'm a nurse? I will say lines are long and pretty stressful but I know my script will always be correct. They always say hi and people they don't make much money-especially the techs. This area is growing-give them a break. They have integrity and truly want what's best for us. I appreciate all their help. D

Really disappointed with my experience getting prescriptions for our family filled at this location. Constantly got texted for 90 day refills that I did not need. Then they denied refills for meds I did need. It became a circus of events and based on other people's reviews I am not the only one. Very disappointed on how this experience continued and never received what we need so we are going elsewhere now. Some of the staff at this store were professional and courteous and some were not.

Long but necessary review especially for anybody that is Native American, Asian, black especially black people moving to the area of Wylie Texas don’t let it stop you the police are good the pharmacy was good but these type of people exist in this woman that I ran into works at this pharmacy and she violated so many rights and so many laws she won’t be working there much longer*****
