They filled my 5 year olds prescription WRONG. I have been giving my daughter way too much antibiotics that she did not need!!! My pediatrician is literally looking at the prescription written and the prescription is right, the pharmacy just completely filled it wrong and no one will answer the mf phone.

If you schedule a minute clinic visit, beware that when you click the link in the text that comes directly from CVS to map to your visit, it will send you to the complete wrong address. Then, when you are late due to their error, they won't care at all, they'll just cancel your appointment. Next available appointment not until days later. There's no person to talk to or anything. Too bad for you, even though it's completely CVS's fault.

I hate the pharmacy at this CVS/ the most incompetent and unprofessional employees (pharmacist included )ever! Never can get anything right the first time! Always in a rush to get you off the phone. Always want you to switch lanes in drive through or come in if there is more than a 1 minute wait due to their error! I am switching and will not be back!

I don’t exactly understand this pharmacy. I get texts that say one of my medications is ready to be picked up, but it’s generally not even in stock and will be another couple of days. I’ve learned not to bother going over there when I get the text. I call to make sure it’s actually filled, to avoid a wasted trip. But it shouldn’t be that way. They should tell me it’s not in stock … or at a minimum, not tell me that it’s ready when it’s not.

Called my prescription in on Wednesday morning before 10 am. System said it woukd be ready at 1 pm. Knowing how badly this pharmacy is managed I waited till Thursday morning at 9 am to go for the prescription. It wasn't done. The lady in a ahwite lab coat had an attitude about it and said what do you want the power went out. The power went out Wednesday at around 8pm a full 7 hours after my prescription was supposed to already be ready. Its a liquid so not so hard to pour in a bottle. I dont appreciate the attitude. I'm the customer and just following the information I was given. I also work and have to take time off of work so the cvs pharmacy staff needs to give the attitude to cvs management if it is so bad back there that they cannot stay on top of the work. You do not take the out on the customer. Is cvs is so bad quit and work at another pharmacy or take the issues up with cvs management and not the customer. Today was the last time. All new prescriptions for me and my family will go to Walgreens

Rachel Hawkins—I recently had an unsettling experience with Rachel Hawkins, an RNC on duty at CVS in Wylie, between 2:30-3:00 pm on [9-17-2023], and I feel it’s important to share my thoughts.I visited CVS to request a general medical exam, as per the requirements of my application, which stated that no specific information was needed for the exam. However, Ms. Hawkins refused my request and implied that I had malicious intentions, suggesting I wanted the exam for falsifying travel documentation.What made this experience uncomfortable was the possibility that my African American background may have influenced her actions. While I can’t say for sure, it certainly felt that way, and it was disheartening.Discrimination, particularly racial bias, should not have a place in our society. I hope that CVS can look into this incident and take steps to prevent it from happening again.

It was a busy Friday and I won't say what the pharmacist did to help me because of the personal nature of the situation, but let's just say she went way above for me. I thinkI'vee seen 4 pharmacist here at this lication its one of there busier cvs spots, but all of them are the definition of professional. I know the prices can be a little steap from time to time, but they exceed any all expectation from me as a customer and what i think customer service should be all about. I still am not the biggest fan of the phone system, but I'll do business with cvs for life. Thank you to all the pharmacists and the staff those pharmacists have rubbed off ontheire employees. Yall are the best

Terrible service - cannot get Rx price over the phone on any day of the week and any time of the day.So I went inside early in the morning and waited over an hour to ask for a price, the worker asked me to wait.After 35 minutes, it was obvious the CVS process is not worth it.So I went to Quality Care Pharmacy, where the courteous staffer answered my question in leass than 3 minutes.

Denied me of the bivalent vaccine because I am under 65. Didn't even check if I should had bivalent vaccine before. I told them I have medical condition and pharmacist still said no. CDC guideline clearly said those that have medical conditions listed on their website can have the vaccine. The pharmacist is so unprofessional and was bantering with the pharm tech the whole time! I went across the street to Walgreens! I will not be back! If I can give -1 star, I will
