Worst pharmacy ever!!! I always have to double check they've filled my prescriptions correctly (they often don't). They say they've ordered medications but weeks later its still not here. I go bc its close and I dont have bandwidth to go farther but I think I'm going to find it and go somewhere else.

I hate leaving negative reviews but this pharmacy has become intolerable. They care nothing about customer service, have zero sense of urgency and Dr. Tran comes across as he genuinely “doesn’t care”.The convenience of location no longer outweighs the lack of customer service. Across town to HEB I go.

I recently had the privilege of receiving assistance from one of your CVS employees named Quoc, and I felt compelled to share my experience. This particular individual went above and beyond, displaying an unparalleled level of kindness and dedication to helping customers. In a world where many transactions can feel impersonal, this employee's warmth and genuine concern stood out and truly made a difference in my day.

Be aware as of 06/28/2023 manager decides not to do certain things, like deposit money and other transactikns he suppose to do due to some bs reason. Hope corporate aware that promissed services have times to change per store manager wish. Well will go elsewhere. Losing business is easy nowadays.

I came to CVS today to buy a few items and grabbed a dog bed while I was there. I chose one that had $19.99 on the label (big blue tag attached to the bed). I went to ring up and it scanned at $29.99. I put in my card number thinking it would change after I did, but it did not so I called the cashier over to the self service kiosk. She went and looked at the label on the shelf where I got it and told me that was the correct price, despite a price being on the actual product. She called over her manager - Kylie, who asked me if I wanted to keep it or remove it. I asked her to correct the price since it was very clearly labeled and she told me no, and that I could keep it or she could delete it. I again pointed out that I would understand if it didn't have a price on the tag itself, but it was very clearly labeled at the lower price and she again asked if I wanted it deleted or not. She was incredibly rude during the transaction. You need to reevaluate your corporate policy regarding honoring the price on the item.

Horrible customer service. The blonde with the wrap on her forehead needs to go through some classes on exceptional customer service. Very rude and condescending.

They are understaffed. It is difficult to find anyone working there. Often just 1 in the pharmacy. Checkout is automated and sometimes not monitored. The pharmacy hours are not convenient. The last time I tried to go there was 20 minutes before the store is scheduled to close. The doors were locked.

I ordered some photos online and CVS notified me to pick them up at this location in Wylie. But the guy at the CVS photo station showed the photos but refused to give them to me. He said they are passport photos and they cannot give them to me until I spent money on their passport photo service.I never had such an absurd experience before. I think they have a serious issue with serving your customers and your community. I will NEVER go to your location ever again.Update (and also a note to the manager of this CVS)30 mins later, I just went to Walgreens and got my photos printed. In the past, Walgreens even helped me cut the passport photos I took myself.Today, the guy at the Photo Station at your CVS told me he would lose his job if he gave me my photos. I'm not sure whether this is the policy of your store or just him. That was not how you treated your customers.Did you think the way you treated me could force me to use your passport photo service? You are wrong. It just made it worse. We, customers, have options (Walgreens, Target, etc). To win your customers, you should prioritize customer satisfaction, instead of profit on a single order.Due to this poor experience, we will never fill our prescriptions or buy anything from your location again. You just lost this customer forever.

We were treated very cordially by the staff. They were very helpful in making sure I got my meds at the lowest possible price. I am having all my prescriptions transferred here.

Every time I go in to this pharmacy, I have an issue with something. I was first in line. I had been waiting. This guy walked next to me to ask something not urgent and they immediately went to help him. Even though I had been waiting before him.Another time, I was waiting. Someone was helping me, when someone went up to the counter to ask where cranberry juice was. They stopped helping me to help her to the extent they even searched on the kiosk to find out where it was. AND THEN went and asked someone else. All the while I need my medication and am waiting after working all day and going to school afterwards.If it just was long waits, it would make sense since they are short staffed. But this is beyond rude.

I hate this place more than any other on the planet. The pharmacists are rude, the drive thru line is soo slow and the drive thru covid test is RIDICULOUS. If someone needs to take a test they need to drive to a parking space, take it, then get back in line so it doesn’t hold up other cars.
