I have used this facility for a number of years, my only complaint is you keep raising your prices and you’re not competitive with other storage places.

The place is clean. There was a problem with one of the units we rented, and they stepped in and easily made it right with another unit for the same price!!.

Update: I never did move to my things havent been to storage since I got it. Looks like they just increased the rent again thats twice in the past year. This place is a joke.
Just got a rate increase. I understand promotional rate however they doubled the rent in the 3rd month. It was 99 now will be 196 with tax. They werent transparent about it being a promotional rate. This storage is way out from any interstates. Now I need to move. Its a whole one bedroom apartment. Scam is the correct word for this.

I have been a customer for almost two years at this location. During this time I have had one rate increase. What I am paying for, keypad security gate, security cameras and a person on site. However, this is now not the case. The person on site is now gone and access to help is automated and not easily accessible. The keypad security gate has been broken for two weeks and the gate is wide open, I was there today. During this time period someone stole my license plate. I was visiting with several customers today and was told that several trailers have been broken into and ransacked, one told me 16 police reports recently. My argument is that I am now paying, over $200 per month for something that is not following the contract that I signed. I asked the person, via the auto customer service and he said that the prices will never go down or be adjusted they will only go up. I am now looking at other options, what a shame it really was a great place and worth the money when I first started renting.

No complaints. Online system was great. Customer service for gate code was efficient. Prices are reasonable. Very easy website to use and account access was simple to set up. Location is amazing. Highly recommend this place.

Ive only had this RV parking spot 3 months, but the gate has been broke twice in 3 months, once keeping me stuck inside until 1am. The second time I was stuck on the outside with my RV on truck, and nowhere to park it. Mgmt said the gate couldn't be repaired until the next day. Leaving me in a very inconvenient situation. But I do like the parking area and the price is reasonable.

Do not rent here!!! Scam - bait and switch! I rented a unit here with a person and within 60 days go store it had raised my rate over $75 a month and there's no longer access to a person there's a wall with a screen in it with people who don't speak my language and have no idea what I'm talking about and cannot help me. Complete bait and switch.
