I attempted to do a complaint online through their website, but it seems like an impossible task. Several times over the course of this summer the store at 421 S State HWY 78 in Wylie, Texas the A/C was out and the store closed for the day. I went yesterday and the A/C is still out and they have fans blowing allover the store. This is not doing right by the customer and it is certainly a poor work environment for the employees. This store is also understaffed and you have to ring a bell to get someone's attention. COME ON DG GET YOUR STUFF TOGETHER!!!!!

For the last couple of months their air conditioning has been down and they've been working 10 AM to 2 PM Sun- Sat which is understandable however the Air Conditioning is fixed there are random nights that they put signs on the door saying they are closed due the air conditioning being down while other days they are open and the Air Conditioning is working just fine and seems to happen on Friday and Saturday nights which suspiciously feels like someone just doesn't want to work weekend nights.

The AC has been out for some time so they have been closed. They were finally open this week but low and behold the AC conviently went out on a Friday. Let's see what happens tomorrow.

This store is so dirty,floors,cashiers,now one gal brings her daughter in an stays behind counter, never uses mam or sir when talking to you,hey mama when I walked in,so disrespectful,I think you should quietly send a district manager in or someone else that can clean this store up starting with staff an store apeareance,this store sets bad standard for Wylie

I went in specifically to get a Dr. Pepper deal and forget to clip the coupon. The cashier was amazing and asked if I wanted the deal then helped me find it and clip it. I love how helpful the staff is at this location! Excellent customer service!!

Tonight I was late to the store but still had about 5 mins till closing. All I needed was detergent and they wouldn't help me because I had cash and they had already counted their till. So I went to get my card from my car and the girl ran behind me to lock the door. What happened to customer service.
