Very bad customer service, The cashier left me in the middle of the transaction to help someone else and then to do something right behind the manager office, I don't think she was planning to come back to finish the transaction, she was taking her sweet time. the register still saying waiting for cashier, she looked at me and I said I'm waiting for you,she came to finish the transaction, she didn't apologize from forgetting about me.no word no acknowledge before leaving me , it's weird she just put the receipt there on the counter and I grabbed it.and she left quickly no even give me or bother to ask if I need a plastic bag.the whole time she looks like she is forced to help me. At the end I told her that her service was very bad.she said I had to go to help a customer (it's like I'm not a customer). Even I spoke to the manager about it ,she said can pull the camera,it looks like that they don't Care .and that was during my break from work . never come back again?

I love this Dollar Tree! One of the most, if not the most, organized ones I have been to! The staff is friendly and there’s a great selection. Teacher items are not a huge selection, but the craft sections are incredible. Loads of Tupperware and always a vast selection of seasonal items.

Unfortunately the cashier was rude. When I asked for help, she helped but as if someone was forcing her to. And I thanked her after she helped, but she didn’t say anything, didn’t even look.

I just love Dollar Tree. Whatever you need, they have for cheap. The ladies are always nice and helpful, and they greet you when you walk in. I have a 3 year old granddaughter, and I adore finding things for her here. I like to mail boxes to her, and I can fill a box for about $20.00. The store is clean and presentable. I recommend this store to anyone on a budget or anyone who doesn't want to spend a lot of cash, or just anyone in general..lol.

I just love Dollar Tree. Whatever you need, they have for cheap. The ladies are always nice and helpful, and they greet you when you walk in. I came into the store during my lunch break on Valentine’s Day and I was charged for a few items that i specifically said i did not want. I turned away from the checkout isle for just a minute to put away my shopping cart and when i returned the lady at register was finishing up and bagging my things. When i brought all my bags to the car i noticed the items i said i did not want were in there. So, i went back inside and confronted the employee that i stated to her i did not want these items and requested a refund. She said no refunds were allowed and that i should have been “more specific”. When i asked her if i can speak to a manager, or if she can provide me with a phone number to call her response was “no” or “i don’t know”. Being that i was on my lunch break, i did not have much time to stand my ground with her so i had to leave to return to work. I was very unsatisfied with my service and the lady at the register was VERY unprofessional. She charged me for items i did not want after i told her, which inconveniently made me spend more money. I had better expectations for this store especially in this great area.
