The cabinet they have to drop off boxes is tiny. Complete waste of time if you’re trying to drop off anything besides an envelope

Worst service ever. I didn’t knew they have a limit to how many packages they can keep. The lady straightaway told me she can’t accept my package because « there is no room ». It’s not even a big package just a laptop and a charger. Had to make a trip out of my way to another fed ex do so. This excuse completely threw me off.
