Just had an oil change and brake flush done on my vehicle, no complaints whatsoever. Staff was professional, kept me updated, and was conscious of my time constraints. Highly recommend.

I took my car here after noticing some shaking when braking. The front staff were very polite when I arrived. I ended up needing my brakes replaced which I hadn't done since purchasing the car. They looked over the rest of my car but no other issues, which I appreciated. I'll definitely be returning should I need additional service in the future.

The young man who assisted me was awesome. He worked with Silver Rock for an hour, answered their questions, provided the photos and the part numbers to get my car serviced properly. My car drives like a dream. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my car serviced. It was a wonderful experience.

I came in for an alignment for my car and told them my rear tires are tilted outwards. My camber needed to he adjusted. I gave them my keys and waited for 2 hours. Then they tried to sell me lifetime warranty alignment for $180. Then I explained to them I already paid for lifetime warranty alignment last month. Then I was told that it wasn't on the system (my profile). I then told them I have the receipt with me on the lifetime alignment warranty!!!!!! Instead of even attempting an alignment like they were supposed to. I was just told they did a visible inspection and tried to tell me I needed a set of new set of springs in the rear. When I asked how much it would cost. They told me they'll give me a quote the next day through a call/text message. I waited for it and never received it!!!!!! What's the point of lifetime warranty on the alignment if I'm not going to get the alignment that I need???? I went to another firestone and told them the problem. They literally told me I needed my alignment fixed!!!!!! My rear camber and toe needs to be adjusted and my tires won't tilt out anymore.....

I was able to schedule a same day appointment with the Firestone app for a lifetime warranty alignment on my vehicle. Upon arriving I was in and out within an hour with the best alignment they could do and a clear statement of what needed to be done on the vehicle to get it right, and no heavy pressure to schedule the work immediately since it wasn't a safety issue. I really appreciated that.

Thanks Nathan for the excellent customer service! I had someone at an auto part place tell me my battery was good and needed a starter but the guys at Firestone found it was only the battery which is what I thought based off all signs. Thank you for great customer service and honest dealings! You guys rock!

Update:
I purchased a new set of tires for my car on 5-5-25. The previous tire Michelin Primacy were worn and did not impress me, so I researched both the Bridgestone Potenza AS and the Bridgestone Turanza Prestige and the Firestone Firehawk AS V2. The location in Wylie, Texas had all three available and Carlos Reyes the store manager explained the difference between the tires. Let just say he was on point calling this tire the Caddy of tires. They also aligned my car, right off the bat. A major thunderstorm/rainstorm rolled through the DFW area and let me just say that the tires performed beautifully in the down pour and it dispersed the rain beautifully away and it really gripped the roads and I feel like the Michelin didn’t do this well. So far I’m impressed by this tire and if it continues to do well. I will definitely buy this tire again. So far I’m happy, the openly downside is the price/cost of the tires. I will say if you are looking for a sporty feeling AS tire this isn’t it, this is a solid dependable designed tire. I just have to be honest.
Carlos Reyes treats you with respect and kindness and is very professional! Thanks for the new set of tires and alignment.

I went to this location this morning for a vehicle inspection…seems they were very busy.
I listened to the employee give an estimate to someone over the phone then he couldn’t wait to celebrate. Telling other employees that he “sold “ a $2000 deal. I’m sure the customer was not that excited about the estimate. Just seemed very unprofessional for someone to get so excited about an estimate for work done. I’m still waiting for my inspection while he’s taking a victory lap. I had to ask how much longer it would be and that’s when he had time to check on my car that was ready for who knows how long. Very disappointing. I won’t be back. Lots of other places I can get my inspection

This was probably the best service I've ever received of a Firestone in a very short period of time. The technician was exceptional and provided unexpected assistance with above the line service. I highly recommend this person be commended for exceptional work not just on site but giving me directions while my tire was losing air pressure to get me to the store. She explained the service that I was going to receive and she made a promise to get me out in time for me to make the show locally at the high school. Great work, great service,exceptional staff person.
