Raquel at Great Clips in Wylie butchered my 13 year old daughter’s hair. Poor communication, misplaced trust and a mistake that will take years to grow out. Her definition of “framed around the face” is bangs and when I asked her to make her layers “a little shorter so they’re more noticeable” she chopped a huge chunk the the back of her head that was WAY too short, the shortest piece of her hair is now about 3 inches. It was a traumatizing experience for my daughter. Do not trust Raquel.

My friend cut my hair and gave me an Edgar. He was so proud I didn't have the heart to tell him how terrible it was. Great clips fixed my hair and did an amazing job.
