THE Great Clips of 78 Wylie is my Go-To-Barber because it's the only barber/salon that I'm drawn to, and that is because the results couldn't be more perfect. This is the 1st time in over a year that my girl rejoiced complimenting how much better my hair looks, yes my Beautician is an adorable peach and she did an excellent job taking her time with Finesse & Skill. Great customer service, too! Yeah, and it's good to be home, even though it is a random visit.Thank you,Darren

Great service but the price was WAY too high, $17.00 for a burr is outrageous.

Haircut was uneven. I pointed it out. She tried unsuccessfully to fix it. I went there was because they mailed me a coupon. She told me I must have already used the coupon and it would not work. I paid 20 bucks for a bad haircut. I immediately went down the parking lot to Supercuts. They fixed it.

Hair stylist was friendly, and her cut was good, taking care of eyebrows and moustache as well. Completely happy with her. The programmer who put in a 26% gratuity as the low end on the cardreader does the stylists and the company a disservice, though, from my perspective. If wages are rising, as inflation is wont to do, so the price of the haircut goes up accordingly, why is the percentage to be tipped seemingly rising faster? Rising in lockstep seems generous- raising the percentage of the full retail price of cut to be tipped puts me off. Maybe it's the math major in my background, but it seems a lot for the customer to take cheerfully.
