Home Depot Wylie, installation services have not completed a closet started one (1) year ago. Four shelves are missing from the original installation and I've been given the run around and passed from one person to another and just pushed aside after they took $8k for this job, it remains unfinished to this day. They pass you to voicemail, no one calls you back, do not use their installation services, I do not recommend them at all. After so much time passes of them not acting, your job will pass to the warranty department and then gets totally lost in their system. No one is at Home Depot to assist and you are left completely alone. I have had to retain a lawyer to send an official document but still, Home Depot has no reply and no idea where 4 shelves are. They don't know their head from their tail and just pass responsibility off to, 'they are too busy with new jobs', to be bothered with incomplete jobs. Left to feel completely unimportant and less than a customer. I am highly disappointed in the installation department from the initial measurement taken by a Home Depot representative to the installation people, to the warranty department, head of scheduling and the local people at the desk in the installation department. Not helpful Not responsive Not accountable No follow through No completion Will take your money and never call you back

On 4-3-2020 6:30am, my wife and I went inside to buy wood. We were the only customer in the store at that hour. We had contact with three different employees during our 15 minute visit, each one was rude and abusive to us as customers. Our experience was one as if we were in the way and was more like bullying. When we got to the car, my wife looked at me and confirmed my thoughts as well, quoted: “Those were the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered in a hardware store, I will never go back”. I apologize to her for having brought her with me, and I agreed with her. Must be nice to run a big successful corporation tied to the stock market, even when your employees are rude. There will come a day when rudeness and disrespect will catchup to you. You’ve got my last dollar.

I came there to buy a grill. When I needed help on finding the liquid for charcoal to make fire, no one helped me out even though I kept asking. I asked the lady in the back, she told me come ask in the front. When I came to the front, I asked them again, then they called someone in the back. Finally I went home without getting what I need. I felt disappointed. Wish they have a better service.

I like this home depoy. Glad to have one in wylie. Homr depot is so easy going. Help is always aroumd the corner, staff seem to want to help you. It feels like the people working here actually enjoy their job. I have been remodeling slowly over the last year and continue to come back here. I purchased the vynil floor tiles to remodel my store and have really liked the product and prices. They sell this really great floor tile. Ill add a picture of the progress.

DO NOT believe the delivery dates they quote online. I checked and the delivery date was two days. I go into the store and purchase the washer/dryer and am told it will be 8 days.

If you go in knowing what you need, you should be fine. But if you need any help at all, good luck. Not a single staff person in the aisles or even at the nearby employee stations.

Much, Much better than the one in Plano on Central Expressway. The outside lawn and garden aerea is much cleaner, better organized, and the plants are better cared for. The inside store is cleaner also. It was worth the drive out to Wylie.

This home-depot lacks customer service. I went 4 times to buy a washer and 3 times I had to search for someone to help and when finding someone I was either told to wait while paperwork was being processed in the appliance area or the rep was not able to process my paperwork after waiting 35 minutes in the customer service line and asked to go wait back in the appliance area with one appliance rep who was obviously over burdened by my request to purchase a washer.

I passed by 2 Lowe's and 1 Home Depot just to shop at this one, the service here was above and beyond, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. Especially Steve in the paint department, he is very knowledgeable in his work, he is not afraid to experiment as long as you are game, we had to tried 3 times to get the color that they didn't have but the third try was a charm. Home Depot is very lucky to have Steve working there. Thank you Steve

It would be nice to see the manager comment on some of the less than likely to recommend reviews on here. I know you can't satisfy every customer; however, you can let them know you are working on it.
