I do online but I go in to do my returns you know not everything sometimes is like the picture lol, but wow the rewards you get especially if you're a card holder you practically get it for few dollars some things and I can't stop shopping at kohls this summer.

I had a very pleasant shopping experience at Kohl's in Wylie. I was able to find what I was looking for. And the line was not too long to check out.

The attendant at returns told us that we have to wait in a long line of purchasing customers to make a return. Why would we have to wait with purchasing customers when we have one item to return and the OTHER cashiers cannot process a return. There is literally a sign that shows you where to line up. This attendant (did not catch name) was extremely rude. June 7th, 430pm. We spend a lot of money here, that may change.

I'm not sure where the lines are for customer service vs. Amazon. That could have better directions. The store was clean and organized, which in the past has not been the case.

Mary at the Kohl's in Wylie was at the check out register today and was extremely helpful and courteous. I appreciated her very much for being kind, particularly with quite a long line of customers.

She always greets customers with a warm and welcoming smile and demonstrates exceptional proficiency in her role. Regardless of the number of customers present,she manages each individual with remarkable professionalism. Consequently, this store has become my preferred location for returns, largely due to her outstanding service. Betty truly excels in her responsibilities.
