Did not get half my groceries at pickup tonight. Have not had time to run back up there yet so I have been trying to call. First time it rang 15 min then they picked up and hung up. Now it’s been ringing almost an hour. So much for customer service desk,…..

I frequent this Kroger because I love the Lola Savannah coffee, the pharmacy(Wylie)is really good & has what I need when I need it and I love the discount on gas.

Just wanted to take the time to give a quick shout out to Kyle in Customer Service. He helped me with an emergency grocery situation during COVID and the same with a birthday cake for my daughter. He has a great attitude all the time and truly loves to help customers. Thank you!
