If I could leave negative stars, I would. The absolute worst customer service ever. The cashier was rude, unprofessional and a pitiful excuse for a person titled as a service professional.Further more, when I expressed my concern to the customer service desk, they could care less. Absolutely appalling , Kroger has fallen so far away from their standards. They used to have the best customer service but now they are no better than "W"

So we purchase money orders to pay the store rent as well as our rent This morning, my spouse went to get money orders and was refused.He called the Manager who said that there are Federal Laws and his employee saw him come in early to purchase money orders.My spouse said that he did not and asked Manager to look at the camera which he refused and was arguing and could not explain the laws he was referringto.My spouse is not American and has a strong accent so I am sure if it was me I would have been treated differently I reported this to corporate. I hate to make big deals out of things but this was uncalled for!Store Manager should not act this way. He is there to solve problems not to lose loyalty customers that have had their Kroger card active since 2000.

Zero phone response. Awful customer service. Why would I go to the meat mart if I can't find out if they have something in stock? Was told the front doesn't know what's going on in the back... but the back won't answer. SMH. Only to further irritate myself and physically go to the store. Got what I wanted, but the meat market guy tells me I have to carry dripping wet, unbagged SEAFOOD through the store. Dripping. Through the store. Beyond unsanitary. Not going back.

Terrible. Absolutely terrible. The pickup wait is completely unacceptable. Sitting and waiting an hour past your pickup window for groceries, half of which they claim they are ALWAYS out of stock of. ONE person running all the orders out. Store is consistently left under stocked and is filthy at times. I have purchased expired or bad food too many times. Time to find somewhere else to shop.

One cashier, 6 people deep with full baskets. No one to call she says. They have 8 cash registers, useless. Self check out is not meant for full baskets, elderly folk or heavy items(waters). Will not shop here again.

They have a pretty good selection of food, but the store can be messy. Out front by the cart return was so gross I called a manager to please get it cleaned up. I've had friendly service and I've had grumpy service. I spend a lot of money here because it's the closest store to me, but I've been going to Walmart often lately.

Stood in line Sunday morning in Kroger again... only 2 line's open 5 and 6 carts deep. Not sure who runs this store but their not very good at it, she (oops) seam's more concerned with on line shopping than customer's in the store, very frustrating

This store is sadly declining in service and quality! The are chronically short staffed and shelves are poorly stocked. My son tried for 3 months to be hired. Eventually we found the name of the hiring person,Carrie. She kept promising to call but didn't. When she finally did email for an interview she emailed 30 minutes before the interview was about to start to say she had no open positions! When I tried to call to speak to the manager no one answered the phones!!!

I arrived ON TIME to pick up my click list order and it took nearly 40 minutes to receive it. The employees were doing their absolute best but it is clear that they are very understaffed, likely due to your store trying to cut costs by reducing hours. This leaves the remaining employees with double, sometimes triple the work. Kroger only cares about money. You are running these employees into the ground making them work so incredibly hard, and all they get is lousy pay and yelled at by customers. This is completely unacceptable. I will consider returning as a customer when you treat your staff like human beings.

Did not get half my groceries at pickup tonight. Have not had time to run back up there yet so I have been trying to call. First time it rang 15 min then they picked up and hung up. Now it’s been ringing almost an hour. So much for customer service desk,…..

This location is absolutely horrendous. I have attempted to contact the customer support division for over 2 hours and I have been ignored. I have contacted other departments and have been told there is no store manager available... I have been hung up on while trying to get information regarding my lost debit card. Save your time, do not go to this location, their actions are egregious.

This store has gotten as bad as Kroger Sachse. Not sure who manages these stores, if anyone, but this location is now as bad as ever. Long lines, many, many out of stock items and under staffed. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. We certainly will be!

This is strictly based on the pharmacy. One of the absolutely worst pharmacy's I have ever been to. I deal with a lot of health issues and have never been lied to or gone through a ringer of lies about when my prescription would be ready. I personally cannot go into this pharmacy due to their staff being so rude and ugly to me the last couple of times that the anxiety of getting my own prescription myself is too much, and now my own family members who are getting my meds are dealing with lies and just blatant rudeness. Take your prescriptions and run as that will be what I'll be doing since I've never had so much havoc, hassle, rudeness and lies. They don't know when things will be ready and just lie to get you out of their hair instead of taking the time to explain things to you. Horrible customer service. Horrible staff. Little to no compassion for customers. I'd like to add that a prescription that was submitted a week ago, with a note of approval from my doctor and that has already changed it's ready date 2 times, has changed its ready date a third time to the 28th of June. No calls, no texts, no voicemails...absolutely NO communication as to why this has changed. I've only been keeping up with this through the app and that's the only reason why I know that things have been changing.

By far the worst pharmacy tech service since February 2021 - 1. My script was not fill but just two pills but no body said anything until I open up and had to call the pharmacist to find out where my script was ... they ran out of the pills but yet tech didn't tell me when I picked up scripts which getting the remains rx was delayed by the ice storm. 2. Filled the script with generic and not name brand which I'm of able to take. Had to contact the pharmacy to correct my script. 3. I put in a request for all three of my scripts 2 weeks ago but 3 days later the scripts were no longer available online so I had to request again To my dismay the pharmacy request additional refills from my Physican but the Physican requested I come in for an appointment but I'm out of meds so they approved another 30 days but the only info from my physician on the Kroger computer is the denial!! 3 days later there is still no info from my physician approving 30 days - the only thing the pharmacist did yesterday is to send another request - the physician says they sent in the 30 day approval but no body seems to care I'm out of the rx and I'll have to wait until next week. I Asked the pharmacist for 3 days of the script that in question! The pharmacy tech's at Kroger have gone from excellent service before Feb 2022 to very poor service and very little work experience. The situations above would have been handle differently by experience and a fully staffed pharmacy. Beware if your trying to get your scripts from this Kroger Pharmacy!!

rude customer service with the woman in deli. she had dirty blonde hair middle aged woman was extremely rude to me and my daughter. i was very friendly and asked simple questions while she responded with attitude and disrespect which made my daughter very upset. my daughter 7th birthday is coming up and we were shopping for a cake. no one was at the bakery so I walked down to the deli simply to ask if anyone was working in the bakery and/or could help! for some reason me asking simple questions made the deli worker pissed off. I will not be coming back to this location and I hope the staff gets their employees under control.
