Took my son here with 103 fever and they tested for flu, Covid, and strep. They told me he was negative for all and it was a virus that would have to run it's course . I.took him back on Saturday because he wasn't improving. They told me still viral and refused to rest for strep. Today he woke up in hives and took him to our doctor. He has strep and Dr says they should have tested again for strep on Saturday because it may have been too early or the test wasn't done correctly. Please make sure you listen to parents when the know it's not just viral.

Worst experience ever. My brother when to get tuberculosis test and it didn’t specify which kind of test this was, he needed blood test but they had skin test, so he was charged 60$ and they didn’t do ANYTHING on him just send it to Quest. Felt like robbed without gun

I am so disappointed with my check in. I was last appointment for the day and I was told my insurance was termed yesterday. When I checked it is showing not termed. But the check in gal wanted me to pay out of pocket. I went to the location in 109 degree weather to be treated horribly.

I had an appointment for my son, she was done with one patient 10 mins before my appointment. He was next, and she lets in an employee that was on a personal call for 20 mins in the waiting area, entered the room still on the call and they shut the door. 60 mins AFTER my scheduled appointment and still waiting. Absolutely unacceptable.

Worst Minute Clinic appointment EVER! I usually go to the one in Rowlett, but due to gas I chose to go to one closer. Turned out to be a horrible experience. First the appointment got started 15 minutes late. Then the doctor lady kept insisting on testing me for things I didn't have symptoms for, and she was very rude and pushy about it. I had severe sinus pressure and teeth pain only. I explained that to her, and she refused to give me antibiotics for a sinus infection. I had to convince her I had a broken tooth to even get her to budge on the antibiotic. When she checked me, she didn't feel my cheeks for sinus pressure and didn't even check up my nose to check for inflammation. She told me to open my mouth and looked at my back molar and said it was broken (even though it's common sense that you need an xray at a dental office for a broken tooth). At least I got some antibiotics for the sinus issue. I'm not sure where they got this lady, but she was pretty horrible.

Nurse Practitioner Lisa Martins is never nice, but this time she attacked my intelligence. I scheduled a booster and meningitis vaccine for my 12 year old. Note: the online scheduling tool did not let me choose which vaccine ms to schedule.RNP Lisa Martins called my son to the exam room. I handed her the paperwork the school gave me for the vaccines he needed, she never looked at it nor did she pick it up. She asked me what shots he needed, I replied with, he needs his booster shots for school. She asked which ones? I have 5 kids and have taken them all for their boosters at 12 yrs old and have also never been asked, “which ones.” I then searched on the paperwork for the ACTUAL names of the vaccines without my glasses and the print was very small, plus I was nervous because RNP Lisa Martins was not being nice nor helpful and made my son and I feel so dang uncomfortable. She then told me I should’ve know which shots and that I had plenty of time to look at the paperwork while I was sitting in the waiting area? I forgot my glasses and I DID tell her my son needed his booster shots when asked! RNP Lisa Martins should have looked at the paperwork I handed her to begin with like any NORMAL Doctor, Nurse and or Medical staff would have and have done in ALL my years of taking my children to medical facilities and not play mind games with me, embarrassing me in front of my son and making us both feel unsafe and uncomfortable! I was going to leave, but my son needed his vaccines and my time was valuable. RNP Lisa Martins kept throwing little stuff out there as if trying to get a rise out of me or I would say she was bullying me. She’s definitely not mentally stable. I left CVS Minute clinic wanting to cry. My 12 year old son comforted me and My two daughters who were waiting knew I was distraught by the look on my face when I approached them. My 21 year old daughter said that Lisa Martins was the one who examined her when she was diagnosed with walking Pneumonia a few weeks ago. My daughter said that Lisa Martins was not nice at all and made her feel stupid. I have encountered Lisa Martins in the past and she is just never nice and makes you feel so dumb. Is this how CVS Minute Clinic staff is trained? This time was really bad though. She never apologized for her actions. One more thing. RNP Lisa Martins blurted out what the patient before me was being seen for. All of us in the waiting area heard it and that patient looked at me, feeling embarrassed, I’m sure. I mean she was being seen for contraception rand a woman’s exam. How horrible to have that stuff blurted out and being discussed in the waiting area as the RNP Lisa Martins was seeing her out and telling her she booked the wrong exam, so needless to say that patient didn’t get seen and she was upset.Never see Nurse Practitioner Lisa Martins! You’ve been warned!Note: She was also dissing the nurse who works with her, but wasn’t there at that time.Attached is a pic of who has been treating and who remains to treat her patients poorly at CVS minute clinic in Wylie, Texas store #3292 APRN FNP-C Lisa MartinsCVS needs to follow up with me on n this

Very unprofessional, there was two appointments ahead of me and the dr never showed up. Finally after 30 minutes the receptionist told us the dr had a family emergency.

Came in with a scheduled appointment, checked in 5 minutes early per Minute Clinic's suggestion, and still waiting after 70 minutes with multiple people ahead of me. The attending nurse has seen exactly one patient in the time I've been waiting. I've never been in an urgent care this slow or poorly run.
