I had urgent need for storage during a recent relocation. I used the online portal and got my initial unit. Then realized I had way more things that needed to go in. John was exceptional about helping me get another unit on the spot. Then when I needed a much larger unit John was able to accommodate that request very happily and on the spot. Great, friendly staff. The facilities are nice, tidy and well maintained. Thank you again John, your customer service was exceptional!

Don't get caught looking at the promo rates to get a storage unit. I rented the smallest one and ended up paying as much as a bigger unit. All they do is keep raising your rates

I‘m super thrilled with the staff of Morningstar Storage in Wylie!
John is always super nice and professional.
Every time I need a new unit, he suggest was best for my storage needs.
The facility is always clean and secure.
I highly recommend this storage place!!!
