Lacey went above and beyond to solve a problem with a U-Haul rental that was out of her control. She was kind and understanding of the situation and immediately made a call to U-Haul to find a solution. Without her, the move I planned wouldn't have happened and would have put me in a huge bind. Lacey has gone above and beyond your normal customer service expectations. Extremely helpful friendly easy to talk to. Prices are comparable. But the customer service is the reason I recommend right move storage to anyone looking for a storage facility!

Amazing customer service! Lacey the property manager is the best. I couldn't get in gate for whatever reason so I call Lacey and she told me she'd be right there not a minute later she was at the rescue. Thank you for everything thing you do!
