Absolutely the best service I’ve ever had an any shop. I came in asking about some modification to a MBRP Catback I have on my car and rich took the time to educate me on the fact what I wanted todo wasn’t worth it for how much it would cost and he went out of his way to help me diagnose a completely separate issue. Rich and his crew are amazing people wish nothing but the best for the entire shop

I'm a dealer in East Texas. We recently had an issue with a used truck we sold to someone who lived near Rich's. I contacted Rich, and he took care of the issue, quickly, and he was very fair. I would HIGHLY recommend Rich's Performance Muffler, especially if you value fairness and honesty, two things most service customers appreciate.

I wish I could give more stars. My catalytic converter got stolen, and I was told by another shop it could be months before they get an OEM part from Toyota, and that insurance might try to insist an aftermarket part be used. Within a week of my truck arriving at his shop, Rich had gotten all the OEM parts approved by insurance, ordered them, and installed them. Their work and communication were top notch. If I ever need exhaust system work done again, it will be done here. I have already recommended the shop to a few friends, and will continue to recommend this shop to anyone I come across needing exhaust work.

Rich's is awesome. A Plus customer service. Cracked exhaust manifolds on a 5.7 Hemi, McKinney Dodge gave me the run aound. Rich recommended headers and new intake. He got me in and back out in 2 days. Great communication. Great workmanship and a very satisfied customer. Much appreciated and would recomend to anyone.. Thank you.

We use Rich for all auto repairs in all cars. Found him through a family friend and now is my first stop . We always get good info, accurate and honest assessment, and top quality work. I hate having to spend money on auto repairs but know it’s going to be done right with Riches shop.
