The manager Brittany is an outstanding person. I was feeling dizzy and light headed while shopping and when I stepped up to the register I could barely stand. I also felt hot. She acted fast and allowed me to sit for a few minutes until I began to feel better. She wanted me to take my time and she was in no rush at all as I sat and gained by composure. Earlier that day, I donated blood with the American Redcross and thought I was okay to finish my errands for the day. Once I made it home safely, I called and thanked Brittany once again. I would like Sally's to recognize this kind compassionate soul because she really, really made a difference in ensuring that I didn't have a medical emergency. Thanks so much for hiring this big hearted angel. I even offered to purchase her a gift as a thank you and she declined because she felt like her act of kindness should have been done by anyone. I will never forget how she helped me. Thanks so very much ?

Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews. All staff members are friendly and helpful. Never had an issue and don’t expect to any time soon!

Went in the other day to shop for hair color… While I looked around, one of your employees was just eyeing me the whole time… There were other guests in the store but nope, she was only following me… Didn’t even ask me if I needed any help. As a hispanic woman, I felt racially profiled… Her name tag said “Anya”… inappropriate. I ended up not buying anything at all just felt so uncomfortable… Sally’s do better…

Miss Yolanda is the Manager at the Wylie, Texas location and she is such a joy! She is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She made sure I didn't waste money on things I thought I might need and made suggestions on products that I didn't know I needed...and she was 100% correct. Miss Yolanda is also attentive, engaging & professional. I had called the week prior to make sure they had a product in stock and while I was on hold, so she could see if the product was on the shelf, we were disconnected (my phones fault!). I was so impressed that, within 30 seconds, Miss Yolanda was calling me back and apologizing that she'd lost my call (even after I explained it was my phone and not hers). It is almost unheard of to have someone call you back after a call is disconnected (they will usually wait for you to call the business back).The store is also newly renovated and is clean, bright and well stocked.I won't hesitate to drive over an hour to get to the Sally Beauty in Wylie, Texas.

No greeting, didn’t ask if I needed help. Went up to the counter and then she says oh no she’s going to check you out after she just checked someone else out before me, asks other assistant to check me out. Not even a bag for my items. I asked no bag? “Oh you need a bag” she said… well I guess not. Worst customer service, probably racist. Swear what is wrong with people. Don’t work in customer service if your going to pick and choose who your going to treat right. 0 stars. Don’t go here unless your white.

I visited this location for the first time and had an amazing experience! The assistant manager, Yolanda, and another employee were wonderful! They both helped me with an unknown CosmoProf credit card problem and helped me get things resolved. They were both very patient and super friendly. I felt like I made friends! Thank you!

Went in today and Brittany helped me, I was clueless on magnetic eyelashes and she was so nice, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Definitely recommend this store!!

Not African American friendly . They don’t have products for women of color texture hair. Not even the Ultra near by. The ladies in the store are nice tho.

Today, Aug 13, 2021 I purchased a shampoo that cost over $10 but less than $15.at the location of FM544 in Wylie, TX. When I checked out, the cashier asked I wanted my purchase in a bag for an extra 15 cents. How ridiculous! Is that the appreciation I get for shopping with Sally’s? I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Sally’s aren’t the only ones who sells this product.
