Amazing store! Definitely recommend coming here workers are very kind and helpful. Diyana was very helpful and friendly even though I couldn’t choose between with what I wanted. She showed me various options and was very patient with me. I will be coming back!

On multiple occasions products that were past their due date were on the shelves. Selling expired products and keeping them on shelves, not only a huddle to return but a health hazard.

Me and my friends got racially profiled here today. We were just walking around and browsing when one of the workers started following us around. We know that it’s their job to be of service if needed and check on customers, but this lady kept following us into every aisle and kept asking if we needed anything even though she already asked multiple times. She kept staring at us and I kind of stared at her to let her know that we were uncomfortable but she just continued to follow us. Me and my friends couldn’t take it anymore so we decided to leave and she follows us all the way out of the Sephora part of the store and when we were about to leave the Kohl’s her and her co workers all made a condescending wave at us and kept saying bye bye. I asked her what her problem was with us and she said that it’s her job even though they weren’t following anyone else around the store including two other groups of girls one group being all white and another all Asian( me and my friends are all black) but we just said goodnight and left. Worst experience at a store ever. Don’t ever go here plus they never have stuff in stock anyway.

It’s basically a FAKE Sephora they never have anything in stock and the staff are not informative at all. Save yourself the time and go to a REAL Sephora.

Today at our store, I asked for a Rare brand blush and lipstick in the same colors .I requested help from the staff to ensure the colors matched, but instead of giving me a lipstick, they gave me a liquid product of the same blush. I had bought this as a birthday gift, and when it was opened, I realized both products were blushes. I was truly embarrassed. It’s frustrating that the staff were so uninformed and made such a mistake, especially since Sephora is the only store around here. I really hate that..!Despite mentioning that it was a gift, they only wrapped it in a wrinkled black paper, which looked terrible. I really hope the staff are chosen more carefully and trained to be more professional

THEY ARE RACIST!!!WORST costumer service EVER! My friends and I are all muslim we also all wear the hijab. We came in to buy a birthday gift and they were following us througout the whole store and said out loud “make sure you watch them with the perfume” they then talked about us several times. Also stating “code orange they’re outside waiting” MAKE SURE TO WATCH OUT FOR LASHES LADY !!

Never seen a Sephora that has empty shelves. The whole benefit cosmetics section was empty. Not even the testers.

Went to return an online item that was placed on the Sephora app. First, he cashier was on her phone ignoring me. Then she saw the online order receipt, she asked me if I bought this from the "outside Sephora?" Asked her what do you mean? She said we don't do return from the outside Sephora. Well, today I learned that there is " A real Sephora" and there is a "Kohl's Sephora." Wish they would make a sign and let people know instead of wasting their time.
