Signalnet is a GREAT company. The owner is incredibly nice, and their staff is always helpful. If there is an outage(which is rarely), they are quick to notify and quick to remediate. The speeds are consistent and latency is low. Highly recommended.

If I could give them negative stars,I would. Horrible company with terrible lack of customer service! You can call and call and they'll never get back to you. Some big storms blew through the area and we were charged full price for about 7 days out of 30 of service. After that we had to have someone out to fix our connection and they charged us $70 extra dollars for something out of our control and we still had a bad spoty connection. The lady said she'd take off the extra charge but nothing was ever done. Too expensive for what you get.

What a terrible company with awful customer service. Constant outages, half the bandwidth you pay for, and non-existent customer service. Pursue another avenue for your internet, even dial-up would be better. If I could award zero stars, I would.

Signalnet is a great high speed internet provider with excellent customer service. I highly recommend them if you are in an area that can connect to their service network. I have had Signalnet since 2020 and am very happy with their service.

We used this service when we lived in an RV! The owner himself came out and set us up and was super nice. The prices are unbeatable and it’s seriously the best internet service we’ve ever had. No buffering, hardly any outages and simple pricing. I was sad when I was originally told that they didn’t service our new house but they rechecked and are coming out for a survey!! Picking them over a big name company any day!

I had Signalnet for my internet service from February 2021 until December 2022. I was very pleased with the service and any interactions I had with this company. I would recommend them and use them again with no hesitation.

SignalNet overcharged $524.86 for 22 days of intermittent unstable internet connectivity.Timeline of events:9/14 – I called SignalNet to request Internet installation. I speak with Wendy. I explain to Wendy that I am new to the area and I am concerned about internet speeds as I am a full-time work from home employee. Wendy offers a 2-year contract with a $250 early cancellation fee. I am not offered any month-to-month arrangement. Wendy explains that I would not be charged the $250 cancelation fee if SignalNet is not able to provide a stable internet connection.9/20 – SignalNet arrives to install internet. Install takes about six hours. The wall outlet housing the cables is not properly re-installed. Cables left dangling from interior wall.9/21 – Internet connectivity is intermittent. Connection lost or speeds drop to less than 5 MBps download speed. I sent four e-mails with screenshot throughout the day to SignalNet with screenshots of the internet speed test both connected to wifi and directly through their router to help SignalNet determine why the internet was losing connectivity. My wife also sent several e-mails throughout the day. None of the technical concerns were responded to by SignalNet.9/22– Decision made to use intermittent internet connectivity over two weeks to determine if the issue long lasting. We had no intention of switching internet providers in the short-term.9/23 to 10/6 – Internet connectivity continues to be intermittent. The connection is lost 4-5 times every day. My work calls/meetings are dropping and it’s impacting my employment. We are discouraged from sending further screenshots of internet speeds to Signal to troubleshoot as they fail to respond to our previous e-mails for support. Sometime within these two weeks, the SignalNet owner Steve shows up to repair the damage left by the internet installer. He verbally tells me there is nothing I can do about the internet wifi on my phones besides getting an unlimited data plan with my phone provider. He recommends I work from my bedroom closet with my laptop hard wired to the router.10/7 – NextLink contacted to install internet. The purpose is use internet from another provider to determine if the internet issue is something within my home/devices or with the internet provider itself.10/11 - NextLink installs internet service. No problems with internet connectivity found. All issues are gone.10/12 1:24pm - Called to cancel internet Service with SignalNet and asked for equipment to be uninstalled from my home. I spoke with Connie. I explained that I was cancelling the internet service because of three reasons: 1) The internet service would lose connection about 4-5 times each day and it was impacting my ability to work from home. 2) The service tickets I opened in September when I first noticed the connectivity problem were not ever address properly by SignalNet. The best response I got was “use your mobile data plan to access the internet”. 3) NextLink installed their internet services in my home on 10/11 and I hadn’t had an internet connectivity problem in the last 24 hours.10/12 2:11pm - I received an e-mail from the SignalNet owner Steve. He claimed that I “never intended to honor the agreement” and he was going to charge me $250 for cancelling my internet service.10/12 3:05pm – I attempt to log in through the SignalNet portal to remove my bank account information from the automatic ACH used to make my monthly payments. My username is no longer valid. I call SignalNet and speak with Connie. Connie confirms my access to my portal is denied because I cancelled my service. I ask Connie to delete my bank account details. Connie claims she doesn’t know how to do this. I ask Connie to not tap my account the $250 until the issue is resolved with Steve. Connie claims to not have any knowledge of the $250 cancellation fee process and she doesn’t know when my account will be tapped.10/13 - $265.63 cancellation fee tapped from my bank account.

Great customer service! I've never had an internet service provider send an email alerting to an outage and sending a follow-up email when service is restored. I never have to wait on the phone for support. During non-business hours, I leave a message and get a quick call back. Outstanding!
