I cannot underestimate how good our experience was just now. My wife and I needed to upgrade her phone, very easy, but there was a full store so we sat in the waiting area. In the time we waited, Quad (I hope I’m spelling that correctly!) and Victoria were absolute PROS. Just freakin pros. The customers they were each dealing with had some pretty specific issues and we could tell the customers got upset at a few intervals, but Quad and Victoria handled every single issue in total stride. And then Victoria helped us immediately. 10/10 employees, truly.

Very nice place, very clean and everyone was so friendly, went there on tuesday to add a new line for my son and the manager jess was so helpful and just the best over all she was very good at helping me set up a new line with t-mobile, and when i was confused was very good at awnsering any questions i had. 10/10 i will be going there again when i want to get a upgrade. :)

Skip this T Mobile Store. Quan the sales guy and the entire team don't know basic math and will just tell you what you want to hear to close the sale. Quoted one price to then come back the next night to pickup phones and then given a completely different price for phones, plans, and trade-ins which would have been $100 more per month. They then charged me $15 to "restock" an item that I was only getting because we were signing up with them.

Terrible service!! Refuse to refund or replace a defective prepaid SIM card with a receipt of purchase made one day before!!I am dissatisfied and unhappy with the service I experienced at T-Mobile Store number 5627, located at 430S Highway 78 STE 120, Wylie TX 76098. On October 9, I purchased a prepaid SIM card with the confirmation of the staff that the SIM was activated and ready for use. However, upon inserting the SIM card, I encountered difficulties in activating and using it. The SIM phone number was unfound on T-mobile system. Subsequently, I contacted T-Mobile customer service, who acknowledged an error with the SIM card and advised me to return to the store for a replacement.I visited the store twice seeking assistance - once in the morning and once in the evening. During my initial visit, I was asked to wait for 24 hours and assured that the issue would be resolved if the SIM card remained inactive. Upon my return after 24 hours, the store personnel declined to provide a refund or a replacement SIM card, stating they were unable to locate the phone number in their system, despite being able to find the purchase receipt and knowing that I purchased from their store yesterday. Simply said they could not help and it means I just lost money without doing any wrong.This situation reflects an irresponsibility and lack of professionalism on T-Mobile, specifically in this store location. It is unacceptable to sell a defective SIM card, disregard its non-functionality, and deny any recourse to the customer. This experience has left me feeling swindled, as I expected a functioning SIM card and a fair transaction, not a game of chance: " you were unlucky so you lost money".Furthermore, this store needs an increase in staff, particularly individuals with higher authority and comprehensive knowledge. No greetings and no informing customers about waiting times. I wished I had gone to Garland, Richardson, or Plano locations as I did before. Waste of time and money.

I received extraordinary patient, prompt, and effective customer service. Ashley was great at multitasking while making sure that the customers needs were met. On a scale of 1-10 I would give her a 10!!

I live in Wylie but purchased my Moto 5G phone in Plano Texas . It was not fully set up so I came into the Wylie store where I live to have it set up. Jess helped me set the apps just as I wanted and needed as a 77 year old. She was fast polite so knowledge and deserves a 5star rating.

I Love this location. The lady in charge was Super Duper Awesome! She forward my label to her email printed it off, brought a box from the back to send my Router off. Sealed the box off with tape and told me where to take it. Even though we leaving T-mobile I will be returning to T-mobile. We need more kind people like her in the ?. She needs a Raise. Thank you again

Victoria B is amazing! She helped me not only transfer 2 of my phones from AT&T but was so knowledgeable about the plans and options for trade in and credits! She walked me through how to setup my home internet. Answered all my questions. I love this location and Victoria!

The customer service was amazing, the lady there also helped me with some complications I had with my kid’s phone. This store has a really good team, very accommodating. Also the cleanest and most organized T-mobile I’ve been in.
