No cart wipes in the cleaning wipe containers. A self-serve line with 30 people in it. The staff are generally pleasant. The only reason I’ve stayed is the pharmacy staff. But, CVS is pretty lackluster in terms of their service.

Tried ordering from the app twice now. Both terrible experiences! Never again. Spoke with store, they don’t give a crap. Shipt reflects extremely poorly on Target.

The employees are good but I don't understand the reviews saying this place is well organized. It has to be one of the most confusing layouts of all the Targets I've been to. Maybe it's a recent development but nothing is where you would expect it to be and things are consistently shifting to new places. Drives me up a wall.
To be more clear: most confusion lies in the center aisles with the office and pet supplies. Trying to find the dry cat food or litter is an Easter egg hunt every time I go in there. It's almost like it's organized in half-aisle increments instead of grouping like-items together. Yall stocked shelves hotdog style instead of hamburger style!

By far the rudest Customer Service Reps. Not sure why everyone has a stick up their ass but I’ll never be shopping at Target Wylie. All thanks to “Lady Spinkles” or whatever her name was.
Instead of kindly explaining she couldn’t accept my return even though cat & Jack has a 1 year return policy and I literally purchased them not even 3 months ago, she chose to be ugly about it and refusing to provide me service.
So sad that the service has gone downhill, at least at this store. Time to reach out to corporate next.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Mom Review – SuperTarget Wylie (Visited May 17, 2025)
I was seriously impressed with this Target! Even though it’s a busy location, it was so well-stocked, organized, and CLEAN. I went on a primetime Saturday, and everything from parking to checkout was smooth sailing — they had plenty of checkers and open lines, which made a huge difference with a little one in tow!
Now, let’s talk about the sushi… WOW. Hands down the best store-bought sushi I’ve ever had. The rice was soft and tasted freshly cooked — none of that rock-hard, rubbery stuff you sometimes get. The poke was super fresh too! I couldn’t believe it. Definitely exceeded my expectations for grocery sushi.
Also, I’m a Good & Gather fan through and through — I love how consistently great that brand is. I picked up some amazing finds (see attached photos for a peek at my haul)! 🛒💕
I’ll definitely be making the extra drive to this Wylie location over the ones closer to me — it’s that good. Target moms, this one’s worth the trip!

I’m in target a lot. It does not matter the time or day there is always a long line to check out, even when self checkout is open. There can be three employees standing around talking when clearly they could open another couple lanes. But far worst Target.

First time coming to this store and I was going to return a few things while in the area. I normally don’t have any issues with returns but since two of my items didn’t have tags they wouldn’t take it. They were target owned brands, too. Target policy says their brands can be returned up to a year in any condition. I had bought these a couple months ago, within 90 days and it just didn’t fit right. She shut me down before I could even pull up the receipt - saying that returns must be in new condition WITH tags. I’m sorry but I’m not going to wear clothes that haven’t been washed. The lady said it was the general managers decision because they couldn’t resale it. Saying people are abusing the policy, it felt like she was accusing me of abusing the policy, I literally didn’t even get a chance to show her my receipt before she refused to take my items. I had two items, a shirt and a pair of pants…not a whole basket full. The lady was so rude and I won’t be returning to this target.

Landon is great with customer service. I had a minor inconvenience at the register and I asked for a manager and he came around the corner with a huge smile on his face and asked me how he could help and took care of the issue with such grace and consideration. 5 stars for Landon!

This is specifically for the terribly shocking bakery 🩷
I ordered a cake on Tuesday for pickup on Thursday at 6PM that they said was “a lot” to do. However, they took the challenge and I told them it is totally fine if it wasn’t insanely good. Furthermore, I had an interesting suspicion on Wednesday to make sure the cake pickup is at 6PM. I was told that my “cake is in good hands”. Finally, Thursday (my birthday) rolled around, and I walked into the store to a surprise surpriseeeee… “your order is right here but your cake was just not made”.
Was I offered another cake? Nope :)
I was told sorry and it was all so awkward because I started to tear up.
They take me to customer service and I get a 20 dollar gift card as compensation while I sob to the employees and quietly walk away.
They just simply did not make my cake.
Thank goodness it was my birthday and not someone dear to me’s birthday.. I dont care who got fired or what happened, the least you could have done is told me more than an hour before my party that there is no cake and I would have understood the situation. Thank you for trying but this review is so that others don’t go through this 🕺🏻! Never again. 😍
