Damon in the meat department is truly exceptional. I have been shopping the store opened as Albertsons. Damon has a positive attitude, he takes pride in his job, has excellent customer service skills, and is hard working. The world is a better place with people like him in it. The store in general is clean and well run. The meat department is neat, organized, well stocked, and has a great employee like Damon.

The app is really unhelpful because you always have to go to customer service to get the coupons you selected before checking out. So far, the "rewards" I should be getting for just shopping don't happen at all.The 4 stars is for fresh goods. The meat and produce are pretty good and bakery still has some good options but not as diverse as before covid. Butcher section seems to keep up well with dates and has diverse options. Staff is sometimes great, sometimes ambivalent.

Rude and mannerless, when i wanted to get what i was PROMISED. Listen, Manager. You told me i go later to get my stuffed animal fixed. You were not there. Instead, who was there was a woman with a crummy attitude, who wouldn't even look me in the eye. Me and my stuffed animals don't like Any of your staff members, because you all are scammers. Your employees are hit or miss. I expect Mannered Individuals working. I have to go all the way to a different city for my needs now. Contacting corporate about y'all.

Solid selection and great prices when there are sales. Just make sure they charged you right, sometimes the sale prices don't attach properly to meat and seafood purchases...

self checkout-the person assigned was 100% on his phone. I had to go to him for help after light had been on for several minutes. On the way to help me he helped another person first whose "help is on the way" just signaled. Disappointed. I did appreciate how clean the place was.

Store is great but apparently the employees do not like the new manager. A lot of long time employees have left. I was told no one is happy there.

Need more cashiers at the check out counters. We don't like the self check out. The store is nice and clean and has full shelves of food.

If I could give it a less than 1 star I would. I was in there 2 weeks ago, and nobody was working the cash registers. I asked a manager do I have to scan and bag all these groceries myself? He said yep we had four employees call in sick what do you expect? I said I got over $300 worth of groceries in this cart. He said sorry about that and walked off. So needless to say I left that cart full of groceries right there by the register and left. From Now on I'm going to Kroger to spend my money. Tom Thumb has I don't care written all over it!!

Poor customer service. There were no one at the service desk on a weekend. Waited for 10min and asked a self checkout assistant to help and he was so rude. The deals are very manipulating. They keep non deal items in the same bin and messed up my bill. Never ever going to tom thumb again. Keep an eye on ur bill while paying

This store used to be so much better. Not sure if the change from checkers to self check out came from the corporate or local level though I suspect it was corporate. Terrible move. It's one thing to use self check when you have a few items and a completely different when you have a week's worth of groceries. Your prices are way too high to expect people to check themselves out. Lots of elderly and disabled shop this store and what horrible service to not have a single person at a register. The only reason I'm giving you 2 stars is because the pharmacy staff is awesome.

I gotta say.... I'm usually a Kroger guy, but when someone has a Blue Bell sale, I go where the Blue Bell is. After shopping in Tom Thumb, I'm encouraged to stick with Kroger. The self checkouts didn't work, the cashier had to correct the total 3 times even with my digital coupon, the place definitely had a certain 'smell' that I have not encountered before, and overall I felt very claustrophobic while in the store. Not a place I would shop at without having something specific I am there for.

I was standing in the bakery section (realizing the two ladies behind the counter were working) plus I didn’t know exactly which cake I wanted but once I found a cake I stood there for 5 more minutes and not one of them said HELLO or I WILL BE RIGHT WITH YOU, it was like I wasn’t there. But that’s okay that’s why I’m giving this one star review as my payback. I am a GM of a store myself and I always ALWAYS tell my people if you are busy you should at least say hello or acknowledge them regardless. It’s simply customer service 101.

Stopped by for easy lunch ideas, fresh mandarin oranges & more generic Claritin. The store looks GREAT! Very fresh produce, well organized store with very reasonable prices (especially these days). Very helpful, professional & curious staff from first step in to last step out. I’m glad to see how bright & inviting it has become since the last visit (18+ months or more). Their prices/produce alone will have me stopping by when needing to restock pantry/fridge, etc.
