Jill and her husband were amazing. I would absolutely not hesitate to rent here again. The process from start to finish was seamless. It was all explained to me. They were very nice. I was walked through looking at the truck prior to taking it. It was an excellent experience.

The service provided at this location was excellent. I was promptly greeted and helped the moment I walked in. The lady at the desk was exceptionally sweet too. She made me feel like I had been their numerous times before, which was nice. Will definitely be contacting this location should I ever need a U-Haul rental or need work on my vehicles.

Your app sucks!! We had to have a uhaul representative come to help us along with 2 other people renting trucks. I did to preliminary info and the day of, I spent an hour and a half on the phone with a representative telling me to clear out the internet and start with uhaul.com again and again. We left that location and went to another dealer and they called the representative to meet us back at the original location. It was a horrible experience and caused us to loose time we could have been loading our storage unit. It started sprinkling and we have to go back next weekend to finish with a truck and we'll have to make about 4 to 5 pickup loads when we could have had the truck to do 1 load. We've rented trucks several times (we worked for a moving company and rented truck all the time) and never had that much trouble renting the truck. If not for the representative we never could have had the app work to give us codes for the truck keys. We will never rent through the app again!! The app sucks!! We lost time and money.

Sadly, we had a very unpleasant experience at this office.
I was helping a young couple who speak limited English rent a truck.
We arrived around 4:30 pm because the lady who runs the office had called the husband several times during the day to ask him to please arrive by 4:45 pm, as they would close at that time (even though their website states they close at 5:00 pm on Fridays).
Upon arrival, the lady was initially courteous and helpful and even understood that I had to interpret for the couple so they could understand the steps involved in renting the truck.
She asked me to explain the risks of refusing the insurance they offered, and I did so. The couple decided not to purchase the truck insurance.
However, once they declined, she became hostile toward both them and me, repeatedly saying that if the truck was damaged by them or someone else, they would have to pay the full cost of the vehicle ($50,000, as stated by the lady). She insisted that they sign the rental contract (which is understandable) but also an additional document stating they would be responsible for paying for the truck in full if it was damaged. They once again said they understood and refused the insurance.
Then, she asked for their credit card and charged them for the rental amount without insurance.
While printing the paperwork, she continued to tell them they would have to pay for all damages if something happened to the truck, almost as if she were trying to intimidate them and make them feel unsafe driving the truck without insurance. She did not respect their decision to decline the insurance.
Once she handed the husband the contract and the notice stating they would have to pay in full for the truck if damaged, I asked her to please allow me to read and translate everything before he signed it. He had a right to understand what he was signing. However, she very rudely told me to hurry up because she needed to leave and go home.
In the end, after being treated so poorly and feeling uneasy about renting the truck from someone who: a) was pressuring them to buy the insurance, b) was threatening them with having to pay the full cost of the truck if it was damaged, c) lacked patience with two people who needed interpretation, and d) was rushing the process because she wanted to go home, the young couple decided not to rent the truck.
They asked the lady to please refund the charge to their credit card, which she did.
They ended up renting another truck at a different location, where they were treated with respect, patience (understanding they needed someone to interpret for them), and professionalism.

This place has excellent owners and they take great care of you and her dog is such a great pet! We got our dog because of the way her animal acted!

I stood near the entrance waiting for service while the representative seemed more concerned about taking pictures of her dog than acknowledging me. I did online reservation and check-in which was supposed to speed up the process, but it was about the same time it takes if I walk into the Los Rios Plano location with no reservation. The vehicle was in good condition and clean.

I would like to start off by saying a HUGE thank you to Jill in the front office! Without getting too specific and wasting characters, I was absolutely blown away by the speed and efficiency of which Jill and her team were able to settle the complex issues concerning my Uhaul truck and trailer rental from the southern border. I brought my wife and my two babies with me to wait in the car outside, needless to say I was not only stressed about my complex situation but I was also in a big time rush. The office area is so cozy and family friendly my stress quickly began to melt as I took pictures of some of the funny signs and posters on the wall for my wife and I to laugh at later(she loved 'em haha). Jill's demeanor perfectly matched her homely and inviting office. Though, most appreciated was her efficiency above all. We laughed and talked and debated, and the whole time her work pace didn't slow a second. Not only was the conclusion quickly reached, but she made the calls and fought the fight for the outcome that I most hoped for. Thank you Jill. 100x's over!
