The location was fine and had a very smooth checkout. I did have several issues as I used the mobile pickup with the u-haul app. First and foremost it was not very intuitive to use. I did see a video on how to use it but the video should of started at the beginning of the process, not in the middle of it! Trying to figure it out while I was still at home and subsequently having to contact help for this made me late to pick it up and then I had to call for more help to get my reservation revised when I got to the location. The one thing that I hated about renting this truck is that they put in a dolly that I didn't request.It was there "if" needed and secured with a tie that if broken means you pay for it. Well I needed the space in which the dolly was placed so I had to move it. Boom, an expense I shouldn't have had! That left me very sour with u-haul. Side note, while the truck was clean the AC was not working very well, so it was a hot ride especially after loading it for 2 hours in the heat.

Richard was wonderful to work with and very accommodating. He was able to get our truck and trailer earlier than planned and went out of his way to pick it up personally. Highly recommend using this uhaul service.
