Apparently while their posted exterior house sat open Saturday 10-5, that’s just the storage unit side of the business. You have to go in to find out they aren’t open on Saturdays for postal service.

Very unprofessional employee. The website says the Post Office is open until 5p on Saturday. I came by at 2p and the girl was very rude. This needs to be updated on your website or your staff need to be nicer to people since your providing inaccurate information.

Unpredictable days of opening. The only predictable pattern is they're always closed every Monday and today on Tuesday 6/3/25 they're closed due to no internet 🤷♂️ not upset, just inconvenienced. This place needs better management.

Having witnessed the kinds of arguments that happen here, 90% of the time the issue is because the customer just cannot (or will not?) understand what the workers are trying to say. Listen with your ears and maybe you can move the line along so I can get on with my day. Had to knock off a star cause they're always closed though, so sad.

They are always close , some times there system is down sometimes when it's open they say we are open only for storage.

Doesn’t even deserve a one star. This is the worst location, they’re always closed. They always have a sign on the door with some excuse why they’re closed, 1 hour lunch, internet is down, “meetings”, I have no idea how the business is still standing. On the rare occasion they’re open the staff treats you as a burden for walking in. Don’t waste your time

This was beyond pathetic. The sheer incompetence and rudeness I experienced are almost impressive—if their goal was to be the worst customer service on the planet, they’re succeeding. The rep was dismissive, unhelpful, and had an attitude like I was inconveniencing them by asking for basic assistance. The rep I encountered couldn’t care less about its customers, and it shows. I wouldn’t trust him to run a lemonade stand, let alone a business. Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.”

Wrong hours listed online. It's 2025 if you can't update your hours on your Google listing then hire someone that can.

Postal is now closed at 1. Main post office closes at 11. Would have been nice to have like 2 weeks notice at least.
