Every single employee here has a serious attitude problem and makes me wonder who’s hiring these people. I’ve never received such terrible service from MULTIPLE people on MULTIPLE occasions and I’m not even being dramatic.I don’t expect anyone to put me on a pedestal, but the least you can say is hello to a customer? They don’t acknowledge you or say hi to anyone even when it’s your turn to get serviced. They also just grab your packages and assume what service you want done. And the rare time they do talk (when it’s not with each other and pretending you don’t even exist) they’re incredibly rude.The Caucasian lady with the bun only talks when she is flirting with the Caucasian guy that works there..other than that she doesn’t talk, look at you, or say ANYTHING. I only come here because it’s the closest to my house and I don’t want to go all the way to Wylie.

Not a full service USPS location. Staff rudely told me to take my package to the main post office because this location doesn’t handle return services. If they display the USPS logo out front, then they should be able to process all USPS items. UPS had no issues taking my package, even though it wasn’t theirs.

I put a correct from and to address. My package returned to me(sender/to address). When I ask why it is because the position where I wrote to/from is not as there expectation. I have the correct destination address on the receipt and off course in their system but it doesn't matter. When I delivered the package I expect the person accepted it to verify these things before charging. I paid delivery plus insurance finally it returned to me instead of its destination. When I ask why it is because of the position where I wrote from and to even though the title says clearly FROM and TO. To my amazement I asked to re pay delivery plus insurance again. Unprofessional service.

Very kind customer service. I came in to do a return which they couldn’t take. They saw I needed to tape my package up and even though they weren’t going to make any money on me, they gave me tape and let me know where to go to drop off my package. Thanks guys!

I stopped this morning to get stamps and never in million years expected to be called a stupid idiot and told to get the hell out of the store. I, along with another woman stood there in shock that I was being talked to this way. I asked his name and he responded name is "way smarter than you" than told me to get out again. This person needs to be fired for talking to customers the way he talked to me. Unacceptable behavior from anyone. WOW

Lack of customer service to its finest! I’ve never had issues with the main office, but these guys are super rude and unprofessional! I dropped off my package to post on Tuesday and still hasn’t been dropped off. What a waste of time. Will be never returning to post anything or use them for storage. I bet they are trash in all aspects of their business.

They don’t seem to care much about customer service. The front counter employees looked annoyed upon my arrival inside the office. I recommend going to the one at Wylie.

Customer service lacks at this post office. They are very slow and don't seem to care that people are waiting for a very long time. I thought that it was just a one time thing, but I have given it several shots and the same service every time. It's quicker and better to drive to the Wylie post office.

Really do I write a review but this one has to be written. I waited in line patiently without saying a word while the two guys behind the counter red and email that came through while customers were waiting to be serviced. I get up to the counter and I side and the guy behind the counter says I have a bad attitude because I side and refused to serve me I had not said one word to him but he said he knew what I was thinking so I guess he's a mind reader. He refused to serve me I have been coming to this location since the day it opened and never ever ever have I been treated like the older heavier guy behind the counter treats me and other people that come into this location. Management if you care anything about your customers fire this guy!!!

Even though I ended up not being able to ship a package internationally since this location is only an affiliate, the clerk was incredibly friendly and helpful, which was nice because I have been having terrible luck with unfriendly, counterproductive USPS clerks as of late. I also really appreciated the stamp selection that was on display, as a couple of the USPS locations I've been to both gave me two options and said I had to choose one or not get any at all in a very rude way. Now I have some killer hot wheels stamps that I had no idea existed!
