Very bad customer service in the pharmacy. Het was very rude to me and my mother. Threw her stuff at her and was not even helpful to her with her medication.

This place is terrible. They are so slow. Almost seems on purpose. I was the only car in the drive thru and no one came to the window for over 10 minutes. Easter 2023 @2:30. Irving time is important to you don’t come here.

We went to take pictures for an international ID but the Store Manager would not listen or consider our request. Instead she got nasty with my wife. We had to leave and go across the street to CVS to take our pictures. CVS was great and highly recommended. This Walgreens needs to find a new Store Manager who knows the meaning of “customer service”

This place is absolutely terrible and the only reason I’m there is because my insurance company stopped using CVS and forced me to go to Walgreens. I get regular monthly medication and I always have problems there. I just left there and the pharmacy is closed they said due to weather.Now all of the other Walgreens in the area are open they just don’t carry my medication. This is absolutely ridiculous

The older woman behind the photo counter is extremely rude. Every single time I go in there (and based on others’ review sounds like everyone else’s experience as well) she is huffy and puffy. Today she really outdid herself though and YELLED at me. She was upset that she had to unlock the box that the teeth whiteners were in (I guess because she had to walk there to do it). And then was upset because the chip reader wasn’t working (I put the chip in the wrong way the first time and then the reader locked up and needed to reset, but she apparently didn’t realize that or care or just needed someone to yell at). So she proceeded to yell at me “THE CHIP HAS TO BE FACING DOWN!!”repeatedly, not allowing me to get a single word in (Mind you the chip had been facing down ever since I made the largest mistake of my life and put it facing up the first time). I would say I have no idea how she even has a job, but she did it right in front of her manager, who offered no words after the interaction other than to ask her if she was “having a bad day”.If you’re having too good of a day and would like that to be ruined, just hop into Walgreens! Lol

Please read the reviews and replace your credit card machine so people do not have to sit in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Being sick sitting here forever is ridiculous.

I received my 2nd booster from this location on August 12th, 2022. The pharmacist that administered the shot b was rude, disrespectful, and completely had no regard for my feelings, & he never explained anything to me while administering the vaccine. I complained to the manager whom was onsite, to no avail. Don't go to this Walgreens if you want to be treated with respect and indignity. The pharmacist, is SUPPOSED to explain the vaccine/shots, to let the CUSTOMER feel comfortable. The Times we're living in right now, we've never seen the likes of anything like this before! So, of course individuals are going to nervous, frightened/ or hesitant, and need to understand what they're going to receive from the Pharmacist. Well, never again, will I or ANY OF MY FAMILY go to this location. I reported this incident to 4 of my Providers/ Doctor's from Baylor Medical Ctr., Dallas, TX.

I love walgreens just not this location. After sending me home for an appointment for my kids shot they didn't let us know hadn't made it they said call on we will let you know.... hahaha try calling for giggles let me know how you do

I had a digital coupon and a paper coupon for diapers and the kid at the check out said that he couldn’t use both of them and I asked for a manager to help and he told me the manager can’t do anything and that Walgreens would rather have people order online and do curbside pickup than help people in person. So I left without my purchase, called corporate and let them know, asked if the manager could call me and they said they’d let him know. It’s been over 30 days and I’ve received no follow up email or call.

The female employee who typically works the photo counter (she has been there the last 3 times I have ordered photos) is incredibly rude. Walgreens has lost a long term customer due to the treatment I have received from this employee on every occasion. I have chosen to purchase my photos elsewhere (and I must say I order a lot), even if the location is inconvenient, just to avoid her wrath.

I have been using this Walgreens location to fill all of our family's prescriptions since we moved to Wylie. We've never had any issues, until our encounter with Xavier. He was blatantly rude, condescending, and generally just unhelpful. Unfortunately, we will be transferring our prescriptions to the CVS across the street.

There is no customer service! They are flat out rude, if you can even get them to acknowledge you. And I love that these idiots are so incompetent, especially when it comes to discussing medicine for my small child. Ridiculous wait times and rude staff. Will never go to this garbage of a store again.

Every single time my fiance and I go here it's a fiasco. 30 to 45 minutes just to get a box of claritin. We won't be going back to this location, we'd rather drive further down the road for better service.
