I came here to pick up a package that was on hold for me. Subsequently, I also needed to drop off a FedEx package for shipment. The woman working the front of the store was rude, and did not accept my package for shipment. She claimed that my box was too large for shipment. On FedEx's website, it notes that as long as your box was less than 20" x 12" x 6", they should be able to ship it out! However, she was not having it and refused my package.A woman walked in and politely asked if someone was working the photo counter, and she was completely ignored by the same Walgreens employee. Smh! I'd avoid this store if possible!

Ive had no problems with Walgreens. Its simple and sweet. They do an icredible job without much appreciation. Mostly Hearing Nothing But Complaints. So with an opportunity to make up for a lot of that. Thank You to the Clerks, Cashiers, Pharmasist and All Employee for Your Kind and Relentless Time and Patience with Everyone while you are doing your job.

Ive had no problems with Walgreens. Its simple and sweet. They do an icredible job without much appreciation. Mostly Hearing Nothing But Complaints. So with an opportunity to make up for a lot of that. I guess I should have taken a look at other reviews of this store before booking my Covid Booster shot appointment. But, alas, I did not. I made my online account on Walgreen's website, and booked an appointment for 1:00pm on 6/9/22. On the day of the appointment I checked the Walgreen's website and it showed no appointment for me at all. No problem, these things happen. So I booked another appointment, filled out all the necessary paperwork online (including my insurance information). But when I got to the store, it was as if I had never existed before that moment. They had no record of me (despite the account I had already made on their website), no information about me (again, even though I had already filled out all the paperwork online). The clerk handling my situation was perfectly polite, but didn't seem to have a clue as to what he should be doing. It was as if he had never done it before, was unfamiliar with the system in place and repeatedly had to go ask others behind the pharmacy counters questions. The end result being that I did not get my booster shot. I refuse to fill out paperwork, THAT I JUST FILLED OUT ONLINE!!!!. It's a computer system, for the love of all that is holy, can't these people get TWO pages of information from their corporate website to their actual stores days after I made my account? What's the problem. I can send my entire life story and every thing about me to the far side of the world in a matter of seconds!!! In any event, if you're looking to get a booster shot, or anything else really, go somewhere else, this Walgreen's is only good at standing around and looking confused.

I ran out of my high blood pressure medication. Even though I had a renewed prescription for three months supply, it took the pharmacy three weeks to realize that I actually had run out of my meds. They kept telling me that I needed the doctor's approval. Walgreen pharmacy mistakenly informed the doctor's office that I still had sufficient meds. By the time they verified from their records that I did not have any more meds, three weeks had gone by. This will be my last visit. Even Walmart will do better.

Last month it took them 30 min just to sign me us in to get COVID vaccines.The employees seem to not know what's going on even when you make sure your medication is in.

It's not easy to be in a vulnerable position when it comes to health. That's why I'm so fortunate to have happened upon the Pharmacy staff here. They were all good, but Kirby and Anna were amazing. They were truly a blessing! Hey Walgreens, you've got a couple of good ones there!

Worst pharmacy ever. No one works in the pharmacy during certain times yet they do not post that and you can't get your prescription. 1:42 in the afternoon is NOT lunch and there should always be someone at the pharmacy.

Love this Walgreens The pharmacy goes above and beyond and is always friendly. We always have to get approval from Workmans Comp for my husband's prescriptions and that is a chore! But they always go above and beyond and do their best to get it taken care of it's quick as possible. Thank you for being so helpful the other people in the store upfront especially at photography are always very friendly and very helpful! Thank you for all you do!

Dropped off a RX 3 weeks ago. Call and have been put on hold then hung up on. Finally spoke with pharmacist, they never put the RX in their system to fill!!! Not the first time this has happened but will be the LAST!

Adding another one star to their outstanding one star reviews. Drive thru pharmacy is the slowest there is. They constantly let people just sit while they work out insurance or whatever else instead of making them come inside. Prepare yourself as the average wait time at the drive thru is 15-20 mins.
