Many customers use it mostly for the pharmacy, describing it as the best pharmacy they have been to in a long time. The staff are noted for being super friendly, kind, and understanding. They work with customers to get medicine ready and are always willing to answer questions over the phone, providing direct help without an impersonal answering service. While there are sometimes slow days or long lines, the service is generally appreciated. Employees are commended for exemplary customer service, assisting with locating items and helping with tasks like printing photos even during busy and hectic days. Staff members are recognized for their patience and assistance through technical issues, making a positive difference for customers.
Why isn’t anything being done about the horrible service in the pharmacy? Someone internal needs to look in on the operations and improve the experience for customers. It’s been bad since about Summer of 2024 and it’s March 2026 that I’m writing this review.

Pharmacist was really patient with my many many phone calls. Desperately needed help with my kids medicine and the pharmacist was really helpful .
