Terrible customer service. Must be a change in employees recently. Will not use this pharmacy again. Much better service at Walgreens & CVS.

Wouldn't even give 1 star, but I didn't have an option of 0 stars. I've used this pharmacy because of convenience for 2 years since we moved to Wylie. I take a medication that is controlled, now I have been taking this medication for a while, and understand exactly all the federal laws and regulations when it comes to my refills. Every single month I have an issue with this pharmacy filling my script. Last month they told me my doctors office was not allowing me to fill because it hadn't been 30 days. This was April 8th. Now I refilled my script on March 9th, and March 9th to April 9th is NOT 30 DAYS it's 31 DAYS! Called my doctor's office to see what the problem was and they told me I shouldn't go without my medication, also explained the "30" days the pharmacist shows me on a print out of MARCH 9TH to APRIL 9TH, which if you can count (clearly they cannot)....that would be 31 days. But yet they argued with me it was 30 days. Doctor's office explained I should now be able to get my medication 1 day before, since I am super consistent and on top of this. Called today to refill, and what do you know, the same pharmacist said it's now my insurance that won't allow them to fill. It's an absolute JOKE and I am sick and tried of dealing with this EVERY SINGLE MONTH!!! Like I said before I have taken this medication for years, and have NEVER had a problem, until I came to the pharmacy in Wylie. Last month I also asked for the pills to me counted in front of me. The pharmacist just had a look of disgust and beyond annoyed I even asked. After I get this refill, I will never go back to this pharmacy. So if you want to jump through hoops and get told one thing one month and another the next, go to this pharmacy.... pharmacist is rude, unfriendly, highly unprofessional and clearly doesn't know how to count days on a calendar....I will say there are 3 girls there that I absolutely adore, they are super sweet and try their best to do everything they can for you. They are the ONLY reason I have stuck it out for so long. Pharmacists ruins it for everyone.

It took me a week to FINALLY get someone on the phone to confirm my medication was on the Good RX coupon list. Not to mention the 23 minute hold I was on after someone thought enough to answer the call. I get there and all the sudden it’s a different type of medication. Different manufacturer.... yet no one can tell me what manufacturer it was. I was kicked out of line for another customer since they could not find out who it was. My doctor had warned me not to use any Walmart Pharmacy due to the service or lack there of they show to customers. This place is a joke.

Pharmacist is extremely rude, and condescending. I will never send a medication to this Walmart again. Hire better staff.

I've normally never had any problems with this pharmacy, but one woman in particular has been an issue the past few months...she may be new. But three times she has failed to relay pertinent information concerning new medications and our insurance which has resulted in me phoning my doctor's office for no reason. As stated before, she may be new. Other than that I have been satisfied with the remaining staff and their professionalism.

My family fills our prescriptions here because it is close to our house but we are switching pharmacies as of today. This pharmacy's staff (especially "Cande") is rude and have very negative customer service. We have never once tried to simply pick up a prescription without someone there not knowing how to do their job. One lady just told my kids dentist that she refuses to fill my son's prescription. That's not even legal! Save yourself some time and stress and not fill here!!
