Terrible service.
Kailei S. in particular. She made a mistake and turned off a customer’s phone after he paid his bill, then charged $20 to reconnect it. Despite her being the cause of the service interruption.
She later refused to give a managers name or email address before hanging up in my face. she instead said Frank Gonzalez, was the manager but if you look at the other reviews below you will see Frank Gonzalez appears as yet another unhappy customer detailed in his own negative review about the lack of professionalism and poor service.
Take your business elsewhere if you want even the most basic customer service, or professionalism.

RUDE INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES!!! WHEN I 1ST GOT CRICKET SERVICE WAS GREAT,IN THE LAST YEAR 50% OF TIME NO SERVICE!!! GO IN PERSON TO LOCAL BRANCH EMPLOYEES HAVEN'T ANY IDEA WHAT'S GOING ON ???!!! 611 IVE YET TO GET ANY RESULTS,, WHEN SOMEONE DOES ANSWER CAN'T UNDERSTAND ANYTHING THEY'RE SAYING IM NOT PAKISTANI!!! Service was great when I went in this day. I am just still not understanding how me getting 5 lines made me pay 192.00 and that was with $28 for insurance on 4 phones. But yet my brother has 5 lines and only pays 125????
