“The hours posted stated the office should be open, but I guess they were practicing Covid precautions since the doors were locked. A staff member quickly answered the door, and I'm glad they did since I couldn't tell if anyone was in the office. I handed the car insurance information to the respondant and was informed they would handle the situation from there. After heading out to go my merry way, my mother received a quote a few hours later. The service was incredible. What a great way to keep a customer. Way to go!”
