While I had only the best service by Metro Customer Service, the management at this store consistently contradicted company policies and made the cancellation and refund process extremely difficult. The employee was kind and tried his best but he was not well-trained. Management fought me at every turn and refused to accept a return clearly acceptable under store policy because their own poorly trained employee would be responsible for the cost of the phone. I do not recommend this location to anyone. They are doing shady underhanded practices I was able to hear all of since management was on speakerphone and FaceTime with their employee in front of me. Metro and T-Mobile, this store does not represent your brand well.

I went in so they could transfer a sim card, my cousin and I went the week before and she did it with no problem for FREE. I came in alone today April 21 at 11:13 am and the woman with greenish eyes, blonde hair and brown roots gave me so much attitude. She said it would be $47-$50 and I clarified what I wanted again because I wasn't sure she understood me. She said "yeah i said it was 47-50$" with attitude and i told her how i came the week before and i wasn't charged anything and she said "well at this store and all stores we charge,so" she really did not listen to anything I said because IT WAS THE SAME STOREEE THE WEEK PRIOR. And while I was speaking she answered a phone call and started speaking to them like I wasn't there. I didn't want to spend my time explaining myself to someone as ignorant and rude as her and left. So obnoxious!

Had a great experience yesterday evening. I was a first time customer there and I was signing up for service. Both women were extremely helpful, and super patient. My previous carrier was being very uncooperative about releasing my number and these ladies didn't bat an eye when things took till after closing to be resolved. Here's to a great start!

Lizbeth has excellent c.s. skills, recommended. I somewhat randomly picked that store for an upgrade from a zmax pos to a samsung, life is immediately much better. She has a clue.
