Great place to stay. The park is quiet and clean. Venessa makes sure your stay is perfect. Covered sites available. I stayed here over a year while working in the area.

Smaller rv park. Has covers for the residents for the hotter months. Mostly back in lots with a few drive thru lots. Excellent dog park.

Excellent rv park, large dog park. Provides covered sites well maintained. Located beside highway 83 but traffic tends to follow work schedules and heaviest during rush hour- quieter on weekends. Less than 10 min to Zapata. Enjoyed our stay - very friendly
