I called twice,twice, with 1 single question and both times I was put on hold so they can check and I was left on hold until a automated machine picked up. What do you think, that we are just going to forget that we are sitting on the phone waiting on you? Ridiculous.
*** I called the number and it was for options on existing tractor supply account holders. It didn't pertain to my situation at all and didn't help.

The store manager is great. I had an online order scheduled for roadie delivery and I had made the order to customer solutions and she was supposed to put in the notes the exact location of where it needs to be delivered but didn't so the manager went out of her way to deliver the product to me personally great job

Friendly staff all the time but the only thing lacking is poor propane filling. I call at least a day before the day I’m going and I get propane hours 8-5, yet when I call the day of I get told that there isn’t enough staff at the store therefore, they can’t do propane filling. Reason why I can’t go during the day is because I work, but 4pm is a good time to go yet they can’t anymore. This is the second time it happens and I still don’t learn but hey this is my hometown why go elsewhere? Hoping this issue will get fixed!

I have not been able to find what I need @ our Tractor Supply in Zapata, Tx I guess that since Zapata is a small rural County because it’s not a City, I don’t want to post a negative comment yet because what I mentioned previously this tractor supply store caters mostly to Ranchers, Oilfield workers & it’s noticeable that because I have been @ this store & products that are on sale or almost always in stock is heavy equipment like trailers, gates, mechanical engineering equipment or the Care of farmers or ranchers mostly need. Little to no basic Home necessities like products for the kitchen, animal grooming, etc. It’s easier to find products for horses, Cows, chickens even antibiotics, medications or full saddle equipment then it is to go in and find merchandise for dogs, cats, hamsters or birds. So its competitive store gains the customers by having availability on Raid, locks, weed eaters, chain saws, even spray paint cans & smaller job repairs needed today, now availability. Think of it this way you can fix your ranch gates, water mills broken fences but you can’t fix your house toilets or water faucets or repair a broken pipe because they don’t have necessary tools or basic water heaters, your sink or electrical stove because they don’t have bolts, wiring or even a toilet pump because they (Tractor Supply) concentrates mostly on the bigger money customer verses the little bitty customers who keeps going to the competition’s business because they are sure they will find whatever is needed to do a fix or repair @ home, business or even plants, soil-fertilizer & lawn products because Tractor supply keeps their eyes on the Ranchers etc.. Oilfield needs verses US, the customers who want to be needed and appreciated so figured it out am I returning? Only if I need to perform castration of my calves or fix my horse’s pull muscles or I had all these chickens that need bedding pellets or warmer lighting so the chickens can have the chicks sooner ?you get the picture ??? NADA!!!

I always purchase ranch supplies from TS. Unfortunately, items I was looking for were not in stock. TS cattle cubes and TS cattle feed pellets.

Poor management, always an excuse regarding propane filling. But clearly states they fill propane in entrance to store! This issue has been going on for more than a year.
