Great place to stay for all things Sam Rayburn Lake. My only issue was a very small refrigerator that did not cool. Big bonus, Boat parking is by the door WITH electric available to charge up. Staff was very friendly with breakfast ready to go shortly after opening at 5 am.

I've driven past here for years. Finally stayed in the renovated rooms across the street. Very nicely done. Nice BIG shower. Good beds. Security cameras on your TV ! We'll come stay again.
