Had a softener installed in 2016 and it's still going strong! Putting the brine tank in the garage was a game changer - I highly recommend it if possible.
Jeff's always been responsive to questions. His price was way better than others we got quotes from and he was great about educating me on how things work. The installation was very accommodating with our unfinished basement, running and securing an extra long cord to the lone outlet at the time.
The only issue or concern I'd mention that someone might have is they are based out of Alpine and we are in Bountiful, so we're not in a place they regularly visit for servicing - but it's not like we were dealing with a water softening emergency, so we were fine to wait. Not complaining, just letting you know that if you live far away, don't expect to have someone there the next day for a small issue.
Whenever our current softener goes out, I 100% plan on having them do it again! Thanks!

Guardian Soft Water installed our soft water system as well as a whole house filtration system in 2021. Jeff and his company were very professional and courteous. The job was done in a timely manner and they left everything clean and neat. Our system has worked great ever since and we haven't had any problems. We highly recommend this company!

Just had Ryan install my RO system and water softener system. Along with thorough explanation of how these systems work, the quality of products were well explained and more than competitively priced. I almost had Costco install a year or so ago, so glad I waited, saved me nearly 50% of what I almost paid. Ryan and his dad Jeff are kind, professional, reliable folks that I have been having install my water treatments systems for nearly 15 years in 3 different houses now. Lifetime costumer!

Jeff and Ryan have great customer service and high quality water softeners at a good price. Ryan did the installation and went above and beyond by adjusting some of the water lines that were incorrectly installed by the plumber so we got the most out of our water softener. Very honest people. Would highly recommend.

They responded quickly and gave me a decently priced quote. Install was fast and easy and they didn’t charge extra as I was swapping units and everything was pre-plumbed. System came from a good manufacturer and has nice warranty.

Guardian Soft Water was the best priced system when we had our water softener installed 11 years ago. We haven’t had any problems with it until an about a week ago when we noticed a small amount of water leaking. Ryan came by found the problem and replaced an o-ring. It is once again working great - Guardian has great people with great customer support!

We use guardian soft water over the last 20+ years. Our water here is excessively hard and the system has worked flawlessly. All I can say is is there a company worth doing business with? We’ve never had any problems and if we do have any questions we call them and they answer and on top of things we appreciate companies like this that make us feel like we’re important thank you guardian soft water.

Jeff is a great guy that will give you a fair price, and be honest with you about what you need. We have had many softeners in 46 years of marriage and this one is by far the best one we have had. We recently had our filter changed and Jeff was prompt and serviced our system in a timely matter. You won't find a nicer, more down to earth guy, and his prices are more than fair. I was not paid for this review.

I want to personally thank Jeff and Ryan for their integrity and professionalism. They came into my home and made us feel like family.Ultimately Guardian soft water saved us almost 22k on a whole home system.It's not every day that you have a business who comes into your home takes such good care of you and gives you the right product for the job without overselling you on things you don't need.I can't say thank you enough. Jeff has helped me for many years from my previous house to my new home with my soft water needs and whole house filter. I recommend this company, and from my experience they stand behind their work. Jeff had helped me with a RO water system in my old house and I really enjoyed it. When it comes to softening hard water, their units are built with great quality. Jeff was responsive and personable. Immediately saw the issue of concern (easy fix) and provided a quick health check of the system. Also tested the water to verify system performance. Really glad to have Guardian Soft Water!
