The vet called me between every single decision they had to make, he was always completely transparent about the price, there were no surprise add-ons. His communication was clear and consistent and even when the emergency surgery went beyond what he expected, he stuck with his original quote because he knew money was a concern for us. “Updating after our visit today with Dr Haslam: if only if only I could give TEN stars! They already had my 5 star review but the doctor who saw my moo bear today was an absolute gem! Both her and her tech cared about helping my boy feel better and their compassion was obvious not only in the ways they listened and explained to/for me but in every bit of body language while navigating my big dude! The tech even kissed his nose while she was holding him and it just melted my heart, that’s exactly how I comfort my sweet boy too ? I am so so grateful ?
These guys are great, they get you in quickly and everyone is really kind and helpful. They legitimately care about your animals. Little expensive but all veterinary care is and I believe they are worth their value and prices.”

“20 yrs ago when I lived in Vegas, my horse coliced. The vet in Vegas had already billed me 1200 for treating him and he wasnt getting better. I was in college and didnt have thousands of dollars laying around. They wanted over 5 k in addition to what I had already paid. Every day I thought my horse wasnt going to make it to the next day, but he did. After 5 days I called every vet within 5 hrs and was eventually referred to south valley. The vet actually spoke with me by phone and explained the situation. He told.me if I could get him there, they would care for him as long as I could.make payments. No contract, they just trusted that I would. We'll we got him there, it was an 8 hr trip, they did surgery the next day, he didnt have a full twist blocki g it completely, thats how he was still alive, but the twist was still blocking 90% so his gut had not been compromised and just needed to be untwisted. He spent 10 days there and my entire bill was 2700...I paid 1500 and sent money every month til.it was paid off. My horse made a full recovery, not just to be pasture sound, but he returned to competition. After that he took 3 different girls to high school national finals. He was 9 when this occurred and I lost him at 19...im forever greatful to the vets at south valley...they are truly wonderful..”

I called the front desk one time and the lovely woman that checks you in was able to figure out how to keep my cat in her litter box when the Internet failed me. They’ve also been amazing at handling me while emotional, as my cat approaches the end of her kidney disease journey.”

“Dr. Chapman and his team are the best! They are always helpful. They are the only vet I trust with my 9 yr English Bulldog. If it isn't an emergency I always will wait until they are open to have them take care of any and all veterinary services and concerns.

My dog has allergies that he has diagnosed in the past, and this last year we had to re evaluate care, and they have been super helpful from creating the appointment, all the way to allowing me to drop my dog off for services they even provided a warm bed and quiet space for my pet for the day, and sent cute pictures and video of how well my pup was doing.

“My puppy recently got a tooth removed. The staff was so amazing before, during, and after! I was really nervous about the surgery and they made sure to address anything I could think of. On top of that they called to check in afterwards several times so we were able to closely monitor how my girl was doing together. This way we were able to tell that she needed a different medication for some bladder issues, and of course they got that resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you guys for doing an amazing job and keeping my puppy safe and happy!!”

“I absolutely loved the doctor and staff here. My little piglet cut her arms up pretty good and the vet near me was closed. I called these guys and asked if they could see her. They said they normally don’t treat pigs but since she was still so small they would make an exception. I drove an hour to get here and they all doted on my little piggy and bandaged her up nicely. 10/10 recommend to everyone.”
