While I did have an issue at a previous location where the vet could not identify my dogs issue and I spent a lot of money on the wrong treatment, I do think that overall they are great hospitals with good prices and convenient locations. (An ER vet was able to identify the disease in one visit and it was easily fixed)
This location was great, the office was clean and they have pads on their scale and their table so my pup wasn't so scared to slide! Such a small thing really makes all the difference for the pets. I feel like I don't often see pads on the scales/tables to help pets have more traction.

“I adopted a stray cat with an eye issue. The drop off system is amazing, especially if you have a fully booked schedule. Shylo & Dr. Fairbanks were awesome! It blows my mind how exceptional their customer service is and attentive they are to their clients. They were knowledgable, thorough, and answered all my questions and concerns. “It seems impossible to write a post like this, but we recently brought our sweet, angel girl here to help her cross the rainbow bridge. Despite it being the worst day of our lives their kindness made it a little easier. Every person that we interacted with was thoughtful and compassionate and so gentle with us and our baby girl. Dr Zachary and her staff are phenomenal. We will absolutely be going there for care for any pets in the future.”

“Pet store # 5 for the weekend. My daughter's beta didn't make it through the weekend and she wanted a new friend. Here is where she found her new friend. They had one of the largest selections of beta fish. And the selection of "other" fish was pretty impressive. The young man working in the fish section was very knowledgeable and very patient with my daughter and her line up of potential new fish. When my daughter final found "the one" he also helped select tears and food for her buddy. The other employees we encountered we very helpful and friendly. Over all a pleasant experience.”
“Dr Orr is the best! We have backyard Ducks, and when they have gotten injured, I can reach out to him-w pictures/videos and explain what’s going on. If we feel he needs to physically look at the duck, he will happily do a house call. He has helped save many ducks. Thank you, Sandra .”

As a very concerned parent i might have called them 5 times too many but they took it like a champ. Fred is currently in the healing process but hes back and peeing again! “Dr. Edmonds and all the folks we interacted with at this clinic were incredible.
My husband and I have a 14-year-old-pup who is definitely aging (early kidney, liver, and heart disease), but still relatively healthy all things considered. We are doing things to mitigate the newly developing health issues, but also want to be conscientious about unnecessary medications and their side effects. With our previous vet, we left the last visit feeling overwhelmed, undereducated, and not really heard. The appointment was rushed, and it was hard not to feel that that vet didn't have time for or interest in our perspective and concerns. The other vet wanted to start our little fella on a number of medications all at once - some definitely necessary (i.e., treating and mitigating liver and kidney disease), others not. And there was this sense of fear that our pup was going to suddenly and rapidly decline, despite very normal activity and behavior.
Seeing Dr. Edmonds was a night and day difference. He was calm, thorough, and very informative. He gave us more time than I think we were technically scheduled for, which I know isn't always possible, but with the laundry list of worries and questions, it was so appreciated. He listened openly to the insights we felt like we had to offer as the ones who see our pup day-in and day-out, but also talked with us (as opposed to taking at us) about what he was seeing as a vet and which health concerns needed attention versus the ones that were mild enough to really only warrant observation for now. We left feeling informed, prepared with what to do to care for our aging pup effectively, and much calmer overall.
In addition to Dr. Edmonds, all of the gals working there during our visit were so kind and professional. Our tech in particular was very sweet to our pup, and listened with a lot of care and concern to my husband and I (and we can be a bit chatty haha).

“The grooming is excellent, they make my dog smell so good and be so soft! It is very expensive though, I have a borded collie and when i take her to get groomed it is $110 withought a tip. Dr.Nelson is amazing as well she helps my puppy and gives the best recommendations.”

“My puppy recently got a tooth removed. The staff was so amazing before, during, and after! I was really nervous about the surgery and they made sure to address anything I could think of. On top of that they called to check in afterwards several times so we were able to closely monitor how my girl was doing together. This way we were able to tell that she needed a different medication for some bladder issues, and of course they got that resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you guys for doing an amazing job and keeping my puppy safe and happy!!”
“The wait time was pretty long and the cost isn’t cheap but they do the best they can after all it is all walk ins like an ER and only one vet to take care of all the animals. They took my cat Gorducha to the back where I couldn’t go with her because there’s only 2 exam rooms which were full. The Vet (don’t remember his name unfortunately) came out to talk to me himself to explain he needed to sedate her to flush out her mouth and pull the infected tooth if there was one. I really appreciated the fact that he came to talk to me himself rather than send a tech with the information. There are many bad reviews on here about the vets not caring and giving bad treatment to the animals but that’s not what i experienced. I want to say thank you to the vet and the techs that treated my cat that night. My cat was in so much pain she was running away and hiding anytime I tried to give her food for almost 2 days. But once I got her back home she was feeling so much better she ate a whole bowl of dry food. ❤️ thank you pet urgent care ❤️”
