We have stayed here previously and had a great experience.
This most recent stay was disappointing. My wife arrived for a quick night to herself. They did not have her in their system with a reservation even though we had a copy of the reservation. They fortunately did find a room for her even though they were fully booked out. Kudos to the team for finding a solution.
The next issue was when my wife was checking out, there were charges assigned to her room. The amount was over $800. Apparently there had been a mistake and the charges were assigned to the wrong room. That was resolved and we chalked it up to just a weird stay but not normal.
The last issue was I received a call to settle to final bill about an hour or so later. I was given a call from someone at the resort. She was friendly and explained that we needed an updated card which I was happy to give. She then asked to pay the amount which felt like the price of the room and I asked what I was being charged for. Apparently there was an issue on the final receipt and it wasn’t corrected so I had no need to pay anything.
I really love this property and the experience of the staff is top notch. I unfortunately likely won’t return again since it seems the system that manages their reservations and invoicing has too many problems.

Very disappointed experience!! We arrived the hotel an hour early and was told the room is not ready yet but they will notify the house keeping to get it ready as soon as they can. We waited for 2 hr and 15 mins which is over an hour past the hotel check in time. We were so excited to stay at this hotel because the good location and left with an unpleasant experience. We stay at one of their suite room and not impressed with the layout. Poor Wi-Fi and cellular signal.

We had a wonderful time. We are locals and stayed for a little getaway. The arcade was so much fun for the kids, and the pool and hot tubs were set up for both parents and kids to have a great experience.

I love going to snow pine lodge! the best thing about it is the easy access to the ski slopes, but there are many other amenities as well. Some things that I love are the heated lockers and my kids love the game room!
Food and drinks: there are multiple restaurants inside, as well as free hot chocolate and cookies.

This was an awesome experience and beautiful resort to stay at. Not only was the stay great we were able to do a beautiful hike and stop right down the road to go to Oktoberfest.

Pretty hotel and great location. Unfortunately was not quite the quiet get away we planned. During our stay the Snowpine was hosting a wedding, which unfortunately meant loud music and bass until later than 11pm and drones flying around outside during dinner on the patio. As well our room (single king with patio) had paper thin walls and we heard the neighbors baby crying every hour from 3-6am as if it was in our own room. Finally, I booked a “daycation summer special massage” for my partner. Before her massage she was told that since we hadn’t arrived earlier she missed out on a few parts of the package (grotto time, facial etc.) so they were only going to charge me for a cheaper option. Turns out I was actually upsold for a more expensive option. Slightly disappointed, but enjoyed it nonetheless!

Snowpine Lodge is one of those few hidden gems where you feel like you have the whole resort to yourself even with a high occupancy. All around a 5 star experience every time I go and I'll certainly be back this Fall and coming Winter. Ben, Jack, Kira and Grace went above and beyond during my stay and I had such a great first night that I extended my stay. Congratulations on a truly magnificent product and experience!

I regularly stay at 5-star hotels, but Snowpine Lodge has set a new standard for hospitality and excellence. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with such kindness and attentiveness. The staff and management were incredibly accommodating, always ready to go the extra mile.
The accommodations were luxurious and comfortable, with attention to every detail.
I highly recommend this gem for anyone seeking a memorable and delightful stay. I can’t wait to return!

Stayed here for my uncle's wedding and I gotta say, it's the best hotel I've been to so far. LOVED the location and the views, would come again for any occasion.
Rooms: Great rooms, nice and big and had great views of the mountains.
Walkability: Nice walks to take around the hotel when it's not snowing.
Food and drinks: Great food, cooked nicely.
Noteworthy details: Had a nice gaming room with a kid area, gotta bring my DVDs next time for a movie.
