Overall I was pleased with my experience with Caliber Collision. It wasn’t perfect, but also any mistakes and delays made were very understandable, and quickly addressed. I was kept informed of the status of my car and the work looked great.
As I said, the work was well done but very expensive, so I would say my basic expectations were met but not exceeded = 4/5 stars

Caliber did such an amazing job! They got us in fast and helped get me set up with a rental car. They did amazing work fixing my headlight and bumper. Chris was very informative, and knowledgeable about insurance. Definitely recommend!

We brought our car in and had the front bumper/grill and other parts replaced after an accident. Chris was very nice in letting me know what was happening. However, I did have to call a couple times as the repair was delayed because of parts not being available/ or the parts were not the correct color. Also, we did have to bring our car back because the front right bumper's clips were not connecting so they needed to fix that. Overall, the repair took longer than expected, but the service was satisfactory.
