I've had a account at Alpine Credit union since the late 70's I've never experienced any problems or difficulties. The only difference the loan process or credit approval has sped up.

I have been with alpine credit union a long time. I have had some good and bad encounters with certain loan officers over the years. But Liz was the most recent loan officer to help me and she is always great to work with! She has helped me more than once over the years and I always know when i have her helping me it will be a good experience!

Liz is the best! Me and my wife were looking to buy a truck from a someone with the tittle in hand. I did not realize that the credit union had a lean on the tittle. Liz spotted this right away and was able to explain and work everything out. She stayed late with us on a Friday and got everything handled so we could pick up the truck that night. She has continued to be so helpful.

Horrible credit union! almost every day about 7 pm the card is blocked, it is not possible to enter your personal account, it is not possible to buy anything, it is not the first time, you have to wait about 30.40 minutes when they’ll done service, I spent almost 40 at gas station, I do not recommend anyone to use this ACU!!!! Horrible Credit union in UtahUpdate: it’s happened again yesterday and today! My goodness!!! I’m going to close my account!!!

ACU is the place to go. They've helped me through some rough patches and treat me like a valued customer and not just a bottom line. I have financed several auto loans and signature loan with them and will continue to go back.

They answer the phone when I call and there is always a teller at the window when I pull up. Customer service A+
