Edit: I’ve been a customer of theirs for 5 years now and the quality has gone downhill. Their customer support has been outsourced to India, which is usually fine, but the call quality with this call center has been atrocious.Also, do NOT buy solar from them. They contract it out to predatory companies.

I, too, was conned into a long-term contract, was unsuccessful in getting a hold of anyone after the tablet suddenly stopped working. It amazing how quickly they reach out to you when payment is halted though! Finally got a service tech out...3.5 years into the connedTract and to no one's surprise the inevitable was confirmed. My equipment was old, broken and not replaceable, but for a nominal fee I could upgrade! No mention of the new 5 year contract shockingly enough. No thanks! And their "Loyalty" department is the biggest scam in the whole operation. Mitch, one of the 'supervisors' was flat out, rude, unprofessional and obviously trained well in the Wolf of Wall Street tactics. Best of luck to anyone stuck in the contract. I was told during one of my many phone calls I could send the email saying I will not renew my contract when it expires, so I'm putting this on public display because I'm sure that email will be lost and I'll be stuck on the month-to-month until that gets resolved.By the way, have any disgruntled customers received resolution to your satisfaction by answering the review reply? If so, please amend your original review to show what was done to resolved your issue.I'm wholeheartedly expecting AMP to respond to this post, if they don't delete it first, with a 'call us so we can review your situation'.Don't bother! I won't be returning that call unless resolution is resolved here publicly.
