We recently purchased our used GMC Sierra, we had some issues with the truck at time of purchase, John in the service department was amazing! He has great customer service, was very patient and definitely exceeded our expectations and tried to help us as much as he could! If I ever go back I would want John to help us! I had a truly excellent experience working with Zane. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my needs, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured at any point in the process.
What really stood out was Zane’s honesty and attention to detail — he made sure everything was clearly explained and went above and beyond to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
