We love them. Especially Dr. Hatton. We have had nothing but wonderful experiences here and have recommended them to multiple people. We feel that they have always taken the very best care of our little kitties. And they go above and beyond answering all of our dumb questions without making us feel dumb haha. LOVE that Banfield has an app to review all of their labs, invoices, etc. I can also see if they are up-to-date on all of their vaccines and stuff.The staff have all been so wonderful to our cats. But the biggest testament to how great they are is that our boy cat LOVES going to see them. Prances around the little room and everything. I swear Banfield is his favorite place. Dr. Hatton & all the techs (Brandy, AJ, and Kat to name a few) are always so sweet to them both–even our sassy little girl who has the normal-cat-reaction to the vet and can be a little difficult to handle. Anyway, we have had nothing but a great experience with them and have recommended them to many people!

Horrible horrible place. They care more about getting money than they do about caring for animals. If you care about your pet at all go someplace else.

We've been to multiple Banfield locations, in multiple states and they all have been great. This one is no exception. Receptionists, nurses, and vets are all very friendly and caring towards pets. All our questions and concerns were addressed. I suggest enrolling in a wellness plan, it includes so many things for preventative care, free visits, and you have different options depending on your pets needs. Great value over time. We've used other pet insurance plans and they take too long to reimburse and are stingy with what is eligible.

banfield is fantastic!! the only part of the store i like truly. their staff is wonderful & they have taken such good care of my pup!! she had quite a few complications when she was younger & now’s she’s healthy because of them!!

My dog passed away and the wellness plan is going to charge me 370 for services due? I won't be using this wellness plan in the future.

Literally never answer the phone they just send you to a voicemail or an automated recording I waited 40 mins and had to call a different location after trying multiple times

Love Banfield they have taken care of both of my dogs Buster has passed in , but Riley is not afraid to go to the Vet anymore

Petsmart Grooming Salon did a fantastic job on grooming my cute dog Theo! Thanks to my dogs groomer! You did an outstanding job, I've gotten so many compliments on him already how dapper he looks!

This is the 3rd or 4th time I took my cat there. Last visit, I took him in for a urinary tract infection. When I went to go pick him up, the vet there gave me a prescription for the pain and for a new diet. I was not handed any paperwork for his condition or any of the tests they ran. They just told me to pay and that was it. When they gave him back to me, his butt was all wet and didn't bother to clean it. They just gave me a wipe. Not very professional at all. Did not feel like my cat had a good time there.

Had the worst experience with this hospital. Our puppy was sick for weeks. We were on the wellness plan and kept coming in for weeks to get our puppy help. The vets kept saying she was fine and charged extra for doing absolutely nothing. Finally we got fed up and went to a new vet. Turns out our puppy was incredibly sick. So sad to think we kept going to Banfield while our puppy got sicker and sicker under their care.I know Banfield might sound like a cost efficient option but it costs so much more in the end because of the little education and care they have here. This is an honest review I would never ever ever ever recommend this place.

They're very nice and patient with the pets. They do offer a lot of options like shots and services that I am unsure of. I can't tell if it's essential or that their higher ups are just pushing something so they'll become richer. Sticking with the wellness plan has kept our dogs healthyand we appreciate their efforts.

The wait times for the walk-in clinic was about two hours. I understand, and appreciate the help that I got but would recommend to the office manager to utilize the TV hanging on the wall. Turn something on for the patient parents/caregiver that are waiting large amounts of time in the lobby. It looks like that’s what it is there for, but when I visited it was just on a streaming service landing page.Be careful if you bring a canine, the clinic is in a strip mall with very limited accessible areas for your pet to relieve themselves.

They’re open on Sunday, but when I got there for my appointment there were a lot of signs saying they were closed on Sunday in addition to google maps saying they were closed.… thankfully they were open but it was confusing.
