The times on the window are different than the times online. I didn't think to check online for the times because I've seen the sign on the window. Was disappointed when I talked my husband into stopping by before heading out of town just to find out they didn't open until noon. Other than different times posted different places, do love a lot of their products. Wish they would bring back the Sweet Pea Perfume and some other older perfumes they use to carry.

The staff is so very helpful and friendly, and they are much more organized than the other stores I’ve visited. I feel like a friend when I go in there. The manager is also very dedicated and humble.

We went during the SAS. All the workers were so helpful and kind, especially Alysha. Great deals too. Got a 3 wick candle for $6!

All I have to say is that MEAGAN rocks ! She is the Best Manager of BBW !! She was the only Manager in THIS Store that wanted to honor me my Free Reward Coupon that was expired. With the Winter Storms we had the last couple of days I was not able to go and get my Free Item. I talked about it to the other Male Manager in the Store but he just declined my plea. But MEAGAN made the difference and she understood the situation. She listened to me and she made my day !! 💖
