We just inspected the job they did on our house. Six rooms, a hallway, and two sets of stairs. I am so impressed! I will buy from them again without hesitation!

I would be giving a bad review because twice, on 2 different occasions they promised to call me back with a custom price and they never called. However, neither did a competitor store.I like that they include tax in their price quote. That makes them a little cheaper than others more straight forward for in-stock carpet, however, I am not happy with the installers. They worked late to get the job done but the seams are clearly visible and I had to fix several lumps and folds around the exterior.The installers told me they were not regular blackhurst installers but called to get an extra job. Don't know if this is standard practice

We had an excellent experience with Blackhurst. We selected and had installed 2,300 sq. ft. of wood flooring. The product is beautiful and the install was impeccable. I have recommended Blackhurst to friends for their flooring needs.

First Impression:I have gone to Home Depot and Ogden Flooring and Design prior to Blackhurst. I am very impressed with the quality and competitive pricing on their products.It is possible to get two similar carpets, one Home Depot the other Blackhurst, and get nearly double the weight and still be on par or cheaper than Home Depot per square foot. This includes pad and install.They offer very nice high end products that are perfect for any project as well as affordable durable products. They do not carry "Throw Away" product.One of the highlights is that their floor rep was not pushy and was able to confidently answer all of my questions. I am impressed with Blackhurst.The samples were real samples, not small 2x2 inch samples.

We had a great experience at Blackhurst. From the start they provided great advice about selecting flooring for our main-floor remodel project, and they were very patient as we went through every possible combination. The materials arrive as promised with no price surprises. The installation team was great - very meticulous about being sure everything was flat and clean before laying down our LVP. The kept their schedule and took good care of our house - taking care not to damage the new floor or newly painted walls. I would definitely refer any of my friends to this company.

The folks at Blackhurt were terrific from start to finish. We got great advice about flooring materials, and the salesperson was terrifically patient as we went through every possible combination. We were able to schedule the installation in our Orem home according to our timeline. The materials arrived on the promised schedule and no surprises about the cost. The installation crew was very meticulous in their work and took great care of our home while they were working. They did a great job on preparing the floor for our main-floor remodel and making sure it was smooth and clean before laying our LVP. They showed up according to the agreed schedule and kept all their promises. I would definitely refer any of my friends to this company.

Blackhurst Flooring quoted me about $1500 less then other flolring company's. Brody and Brook were very professional and easy to work with. Their crews that did my vinyl and carpet were fast and cleaned up after themselves. My floors look great! I would highly recommend these guys!

Good selection of flooring and reasonably priced. They did a great job with installation-showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves.
